This author would mostly talk about food as I always get my orders from this restaurant delivered to my place rather than visiting, but I shall greatly applaud it's ambience, socialistic and friendly atmosphere, customer engagement with games and conversations. From what I saw, this place is more of a worthy visit rather than a place you'd get yourself a delivery from, but for what it is worth let me tell you about the food at this place as a vegetarian. I've gotten myself addicted to the Veg Mughalai Biriyani ever since I got a taste of it and it has always been a staple to order the same Biriyani from this place every time I come to Rajahmundry. If I have to pick a place for the spiciest, aromatic and the most robust Biriyani, I would look no further than picking it from here blindly. Whether it's Mughalai or not, traditional or not, this is by far my favourite place in this city to grab some very spicy yet delectable food within the budget on a lazy weekend or perhaps, join in the crowd at the restaurant for some fun family or friends time. This restaurant is quite at par with many many social cafes and restaurants and global metropolises across the nation. Coming to the food, we usually order a Veg Mughalai Biriyani and a Veg Fried Rice. The Biriyani was a splendid dish full of robust flavour and spice and all the good stuff and it never disappoints. Perfectly cooked Basmati rice, vibrantly and vivdly coloured with hearty dashes of rich aromatic spices, neon-red paprika powder, unbelievably golden saffron, with great many pops of colourful and well-cooked carrot cube, beans, beautifully tender and moreish cubes of paneer, sweet pops of cinnamon and sweet pea, lusciously marinated and fried fitters and potatoes and last but not the least, the ever-lasting strong fragrances of star anise, cardamom, bay leaf, black cardamom, cloves and Kashmiri Red Chilies. In fact, I cannot get enough of it along with the very spicy and indulgent gravy smooth and fluid-like, and the rich, allium-laden, cool Raita they sent along as complimentary sides. It is so addictive, and so delicious, it's a triumph to say the very least. The fried rice wasn't exactly what you expect of a fried rice to be, yet it lets all veggies shine bright and the desi touch of raita and gravy give it a different flavour that's still good as far as Indian tastes go but far different from what an actual fried rice is. Time and again, as I come to Rajahmundry, yearly, this restaurant has kept its flavours standardised and it's worth every bit of money you spend for the massive and generous quantities they serve. It's enough for three people or for just one person for an entire day's meals. Take a weekend off to visit this place for a meal. You won't be...
Read morePros: hard to find any. can give only 1star do not have option to give 0 or less then that. Cons: no parking. no quality with service or neatness. We had to wait near to 30 min thinking it’s worth of waiting. food was not at all upto mark with the variety they have in menu, reduce your menu items so you can concentrate on quality in limited menu. Road side people can cook better to your renowned cook. Chilly planner the basic starter was out of the world worst dish. Felt they have provided food which was stored in refrigerator tasteless food. Tandoori chicken was somewhat eatable but still not upto mark. No neatness (Hand wash area is horrible) we ordered soups and starters along with water bottles and onions serving of items there is no order at all, Without plates & cutlery food was provided have to reach management to provide plates spoons fork and even tissues. Our experience was to see Robot bringing food but we were told Robot is exhausted with battery and after 5 min we see Robot was delivering food for other table, children who were with us were disappointed and we had no answers when they saw Robit was delivering food to other tables, in explainable situation. We had ordered water bottles and onions/lemons at the initial order which reached our table when we were almost done with ordered food (see pic of provided onions to see their state of) we had to ask multiple times to get water bottles & onions for out table coupe 5. one should be prepared to get food of their choice as you will not get anything of your choice as everything is not there which they show in menu. First ask what is available then choose among that. management has to educate each and everyone in their staff and also should give enough time to rest as we observed staff was tired and due to that their decision making capabilities were impacting causing a disastrous impact on service. to be in market tomorrow or in far future You have to deliver good quality food and effective services. Everyone should be accountable for the outcome and growth. By the time we came out it was late night with half ans less to half filled stomach as we didn’t found tasty or interest with food which was served otherwise 6 people it could have been more then 3k bill which we were expecting. Please improve your service, quality and neatness. We will never visit or recommend anyone to...
Read moreWhile they are trying to be the best in the Town. Some of the staff members need to know how to receive a customer. Basically, some just lack basic Etiquette of offering a glass of water for the customer as soon as they come in. Kindly make our food look little appetizing with presentation. we ordered a burger, They got us burger but there is no sauce given along with it. Just received a plain burger wrapped in a butter paper along with a worn out red/black plate with hell lots of scratches on the plate. I hope you guys step up a bit and provide some quality service to the customers.
I didn't mean to give a worse review. However, we had to be at Eat n Play as most of the reviews were praising the food and place. But the experience was quite pathetic and we wasted our Afternoon.
I just wanted to let the owners know that there are customers who would expect these basic etiquette while...
