Read moreWhatever the reviews that are posted related to card payment are genuine and i am a part of that friends list and everyone visited the restaurant. We went for dine in on last Sunday ,at the time of payment they said only UPI or cash.I really surprised why are they not allowing card payments then i had a discussion with person who is at the cash counter (Sai Akhil Katragadda).I agree with you that we are in a digital world & people are using UPI Apps but you have mentioned about cards era in the latest review posted by you..i don't think so there is no end for digital/physical cards and one more thing everyone don't have money in their savings account to pay via UPI/Cash,some of them will use credit cards to pay the bill.So what would be the solution for the customers who wants to pay using credit cards.Since you guys are not allowing card payments you should inform the customers when they are entering into the restaurant or there should be some proper info should be displayed at the entrance door.Hope you understand the customers problem and very soon you guys will accept card payments soon in the restaurant.
Sincere request is to take this feedback in a positive manner and find a solution for the same which should be customer centric

Read moreOrdered BBQ Mandi (It's shown as recommended dish by this restaurant) from Zomato. They sent chicken BBQ Mandi, as I have tasted Mandi for the first time, I cannot compare it to other restaurants food. Mandi is of good quantity, half Mandi serves two people as they claim. Packing is good. They could have sent extra curd chutney and the accompaning stew. Although they sent a packet each which should be sufficient, additional packet would have been much better. Coming to the taste of the food. I can say it's a totally different experience, it's not the regular dum biryani or pualo you eat at home or restaurants. It tasted completely different, great experience. Chicken is cooked well and tender. Smoky flavour makes it amazing, it's like tandoori chicken added to a jeera rice with spicy flavors. The Mandi had biryani which is oilless and no ghee as well. So it's healthy and doesn't make you burp after eating two to three spoons. I would definitely recommend trying this mandi. Eating at their restaurant would be better experience I hope. I will try next time to experience their ambiance. The pricing is on higher side, but I hope quality comes with a high price tag. If they could avoid adding food colors in chicken , I would have given a 5 star rating. Hope my review is helpful for fellow...
