It used to be a good place to hang out with friends, I'm a regular visitor for this place and my favourite is cone which I can choose different flavours with single scoop or multiple choice but since 3 months, they are continuously saying that there is no cone available only scoop which costs around 81/- which is too single scoop but provided without a bill...this feeling doesn't go away that I'm being manipulated so I'm writing here as any one face the same issue as me ?

Visited Frozen Bottle and had a great experience. I ordered the Chocolate Hazelnut Bubble Tea—it was rich, smooth, and absolutely delicious. Also tried their ice cream cones, which were fresh and flavorful, perfect for a sweet treat. The place is small, cozy, and has a cute ambiance, making it a pleasant spot to relax and enjoy dessert. A nice little café for bubble tea and ice cream lovers. Definitely worth a visit!

Very bad experience!!! Prices are like crazy and the quantity they give is soo little. Also, the frozen bottle vijayawada branch was way good in terms of quality and quantity also. Such little quantities they are giving. Not even handling over the bill to the customer. Jus asking to pay the amount. Scarcity of minimum basic supplies like tissues to be noted.Overall not a good experience. These guys just downgraded the brand's name. Taste wise also not at all good. For Belgian choclate waffle, they just poured choclate sauce in the middle and served. Same with choco lava cake. Not a good...
