KFC — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at KFC. Being an international brand, I expected much higher standards, but this was an absolute letdown. I was told my order would take 30 minutes, but I ended up waiting 42 minutes without even an apology for the delay. To make matters worse "THE FOOD I RECEIVED WAS NOT PROPERLY COOKED" this completely unacceptable for a brand like KFC.

On New Year’s Day, I was hoping for a pleasant experience, but this turned out to be a huge disappointment. Such poor service and substandard food quality are not what I expect from a globally renowned brand. KFC needs to seriously reconsider its quality control and service standards at this outlet. I will think twice before ordering from KFC again if this is the level of care they show toward their customers.

Dear KFC Management,

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the condition of your store. During my recent visit, the air conditioning was completely non-functional, leaving the entire dining area unbearably hot. It felt like a sauna—customers and staff alike were visibly sweating. It was extremely uncomfortable to sit and eat in such an environment.

A lack of proper cooling in a restaurant is unacceptable, especially when it’s so hot outside. It affects not just customer comfort but also the quality of the food. I cannot imagine how the employees manage to work in these conditions for hours on end.

I urge you to address this issue immediately. Until the air conditioning is repaired, it’s hard to see myself returning to this location.

Food :- -- The KFC had its uniqueness of food menu and taste. -- my cousin took pieces that were too oily. -- the veg burger I took was also not up to Mark.

Staff :- -- when I visited almost 3-4 members there to manage whole things like ordering, making serving and cleaning.

Ambiance :- -- On the top floor seating available for more. On the ground floor less than 10 people can be seated. -- The tables were not clean.
