Pizza Hut | Bhavanipuram, Vijaywada — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

I ordered pizza for delivery online and there are multiple issues with this restaurant: Pizza Hut called me after placing the order and asked me to swap the babycorn topping with corn kernels. This is not a major issue because they informed us well in advance but mentioning it here because they can update the information in their website while placing an order. I ordered the Veg Exotica pizza and the pizza came with mushrooms as one of the toppings. I checked the pizza hut website and there is no mushroom listed for veg exotica pizza. Ordered chesse bread and I received 4 cheese bread. The taste is completely different between the top 2 breads and bottom 2 breads. The bottom 2 breads are very bad and not fresh. Not sure how can a single order of breads have different taste for each piece.

The staff needs to be trained properly as to what toppings go with different pizzas. Very bad service and also taste from reputed company like Pizza Hut. Do not recommend this...

I have visited your Bhavanipuram store to pick up an order. By the time I reached the order was not yet processed.

When I questioned them regarding the time lapse and order delay the reply was very rude and impolite.

Two worst Managers Suresh and Raghav are very rude, volgaur language and giving disrespect towards me.

As a person it hurt me a lot.

This kind of response is not good at their part and customers.
