KFC — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

I have ordered for kfc wings and popcorn medium. The order was delayed by 30 minutes. I have noticed the delay from the kfc people and called them for my order, but the call was not answered.Then I have called the delivery agent for my order and he confirmed that there is a delay from the restaurant side, as I asked him to handover the call to the people there, the delivery agent given the phone to them. I have asked for my order and they said that my order was taken by someone else. I was numb and asked how much time it takes to get my order and he is like 5-10 minutes.Moreover, I didn't get my order on time and was delayed by 20 minutes later.Also, the food I ordered, the popcorn pieces are very large and not fried properly. I don't know why they accepted the order if the food is not available and I wonder why don't they confirm that still the food is being prepared and will be delayed.Not satisfied by the kfc people and also the food. Worst experience.Please...

As a part of my travel dairy related to new food places hunt for new places in the places I have visited.

As the vegetarian options are less but clearly labelled and separate sections of veg items. As all we know, in India only vegetarian options are available in KFC stores.

The staff was very friendly and supportive.

The store was located on the Etree drive located opposite to the PNBS (busstand).

The store timings were morning from 11:00 am to night at 23:00 PM.

This is the worst kfc branch I have ever seen and worst service. I ordered 4 krisper chicken burgers and one regular chicken popcorn but they delivered only one chicken burger and one regular small burger and one regular chicken popcorn. And the burger wasn't good. The burger seem stocked and the chicken is not well cooked. And when we try to reach them because of our wrong delivery they didn't even respond.
