⭐ 1 Star Absolutely Terrible Experience at Star Dum Biryani

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had the most disappointing and frustrating experience at Star Dum Biryani. The staff's attitude was outright rude, and the service was nothing short of disgraceful. All we asked for was a little extra biryani rice — something that any decent restaurant would either accommodate politely or at least decline with respect. But here? They literally started arguing with us over it, as if we were asking for a free gold bar!

The staff behaved extremely unprofessionally, showing zero courtesy and no sense of customer service. Instead of trying to resolve things peacefully, they chose to quarrel and raise their voices. Is this how you treat paying customers?

Food was average at best, but after witnessing their behavior, I completely lost my appetite. Not worth your time, money, or patience. There are plenty of better biryani places around — ones that actually know how to treat their customers with basic respect.

This place had a very good history of making chicken and mutton Biryani from many years... but now.. its totally vanished..no hygiene at all. Cockroaches and rats all over the place.. i stopped visiting this when i found small feathers on deep fried chicken and sand in the biryani rice. Anyone can visit this place to find out my review 100% genuine.. and finally one more thing after they strain the Biryani rice, the strainers will be placed in a very stinky place called as bathroom.. i still cant understand why the people are going mad and crazy about the taste...after all health is wealth.. in...
