KFC — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

I recently ordered the Ultimate Saver Chicken Combo from KFC, expecting the usual quality associated with such a globally renowned brand. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.

Unhygienic Preparation: Upon opening the order, I noticed the chicken pieces were not properly cleaned. There were visible blood stains, which is unacceptable and raises serious hygiene concerns.

Undercooked Chicken: The chicken was not cooked properly, leaving it undercooked and unsafe for consumption.

Old Stock Used: The taste and texture of the chicken clearly indicated it was not fresh, possibly made from old stock. This is alarming, as it compromises both the quality and safety of the food.

As a customer, I was deeply disappointed by this negligence. KFC, a brand trusted by millions, is expected to maintain high standards in food preparation and quality. Serving unclean, undercooked, and potentially expired food is not just a service failure but a serious health risk.

Very bad experience. I orderd a bucket in app on 7 pm but i dont get order on time. And also the delivery staff are very rude .it's not fair . The restaurant not in proper contact number. Seems like the business owner deleted my previous review with one or two star rating in which I mentioned about the ACs that were not working for almost two years. Horrible experience again. ACs were working this time but thousands of flies entered the store. Inadequate staff to handle dine in and takeaway orders. After waiting at the counter for over 10 min, when asked, staff told the customers that they are not taking orders and asked us to wait for indefinite period of time as they are the same people taking the orders and preparing the food.
