They serve only Falooda.By mistake if we ask shakes or any apart from Falooda they punish us by making us stand for atleast 45 mins. For this they first ask us to pay the bill amount first and just drag the time by saying the order will come in 5 mins.But it will not come.They don't even care that the time is running out.They happily serve Faloodas to others without caring about the people who ordered shakes or any other item they mentioned in their menu card.Worst service and response. I ordered normal falooda and my friend ordered special falooda in that they gave some toy and umbrella by see this my daughter asked for that ,so I asked them to give one of the guy there said said after that we went to ask then the owner refused to give that one that's fine we asked to to add in special ,we are interested to pay the bill even and though refused , place must be kids friendly we can afford instead we asked ,he can say yes r no other than that one...

Tried Falooda at Lungi Mama today, and it was quite good. The taste was decent, especially the Dry Fruit Falooda, but not exceptional. Pricing is reasonable, making it a good option to try.
