Pizza Hut | PVP Mall, Vijayawada — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

Avoid Pizza Hut Like Cold Pizza! Disappointment doesn't even begin to describe my experience at Pizza Hut. It was more like wandering into a bad parody of a pizzeria. First off, the air conditioning was MIA. It felt like they were actively trying to sweat the customers out. Stepping outside felt like entering a walk-in freezer compared to the inferno raging inside. Now, on to the food. Imagine ordering a pepperoni pizza, a classic for a reason, and receiving a veggie supreme instead. To their credit, they apologized for the "misunderstanding," but their apology offered zero consolation. (Ordered their all new meltos in bbq chicken but received the veg meltos).They didn't even offer to remake the pizza I actually ordered! This whole ordeal felt like they just didn't want customers. Every time I've tried to dine in, they've used some excuse, like a never-ending cleaning session, to push me out the door – even right after they open! Do yourself a favor and skip Pizza Hut altogether. There are plenty of other pizza places that would be thrilled to have your business, serve you the food you ordered, and keep the temperature pleasant for actual human dining. Is this an isolated incident, or have all Pizza Hut stores fallen down this way? I can't say for sure, but my experience certainly...

Hello, I would like to bring to your attention about the bad conditions of one of your restaurants in PVP mall, Vijayawada.

The service took atleast 50min to bring out my order. The AC doesn't work and water drips and floods the floor The ceiling is broken and all the service lines hang, looks very bad. There is no counter for pickup or takeaway. Delivery guys from Swiggy, Zomato take up one of the table and sit and wait for the order. Once the order is brought to them, that guy goes back to kitchen. At this point, the delivery guy himself takes out the ketchup, seasoning and one bag, packs the food himself with the seal/sticker and leaves. One of the delivery guy also opened up the pizza box and looked into. For takeaway, I think my order was misplaced and I was not given on time The costumers who were dining in, were out of patience and had to leave without ordering.

One of the worst service i have ever seen because for all like rich or poor food is common & is right for everyone no matter their status. On 19/05/19 at 9.00pm i was sitting in this location opp to a couple with one small baby, who seems to be very poor But no waiter or worker is looking after them and not taking order one worst family came in between grabbed their place and no one is reacting that couple with small baby came out from pizza hut. That waiter is also of that same standard only... But looking after rich peoples concern but forgetting humanity to treat people in a equal manner... I have seen so many high class locations but never seen such cases. RESPECT everyone who comes to you, smile and talk with them everyone feels happy... But this kind of sinerios sometimes works but not all the time... I felt very bad what was happened on that day to them. Its my feedback to...
