McDonald's — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

Hi , today I went nellore (andra pradesh) McDonald's. Customer point of view ,it was totally unsatisfactory. Because ur employees are not able manage the customer request .I ordered chicken wings and they told me it will take 10 minutes.I waited there 30 minutes.I asked them ,they are very busy time passing and smiling activity with their ladies staff.At this situation continues customer will never go to McDonald's. I am regular customer of McDonald's , I went all branches in india but this kind of experience was first time. Pls take action against ur incompetent and time passing employees.The billing section was very disappointing, they always charging extra money without knowledge of customers. I asked them they told don't have change. If we offer credit or debit card they always Round Off (I.e if bill amount 892.24 they will swipe for rs 893) Hope management will take appropriate action against...

I recently visited the McDonald’s outlet at MGB Mall, Nellore, and had a very disappointing experience. The staff's behavior was rude and unprofessional, which is completely unacceptable.

I went to redeem a coupon from the McDonald’s app for a McSwirl. At the ground floor outlet, they told me the item wasn’t available and said they don’t accept the coupon. When I asked for an alternative like the soft serve cone, I was told they don’t have cones and was directed to the food court on the fourth floor.

However, when I went to the fourth-floor outlet, they again refused to accept the coupon, saying it’s only valid on the ground floor. This back-and-forth and lack of clarity was frustrating and shows a serious lapse in customer service and communication.

This is not the way to treat a customer, and I hope McDonald’s takes this feedback seriously to improve...

As all we know about Mcdonalds famous for burgers and French fries apart from that I personally felt like this outlet is situated in the middle of town in MGB felicity mall which makes people of nellore can reach easily. When it comes to food quality, i cant say negative. I always prefer Mexican Mc aloo tikki burger as my all time favourite. I have tried many varities of burgers but nothing is better than Mexican Mcaloo tikka. The staff is quite good and they respond you with maximum politeness. One thing i like here is the order tracking display which helps us not to go each and every time to know the status of order. Overall i loved it...
