THE ORDER WAS BAHUBALI BUT THE FOOD WASN'T!!!

Firstly, the restaurant isn't on the front but on the side which was weird. Secondly, the restaurant was not crowded at all as only 10 guests were there along with me. Thirdly, and the final one, you should go as a group of 5-6 (depending upon the type of eaters) so that you can complete the Bahubali Thali.

The Ambiance of the restaurant was upto the mark but kudos to the serving team who didn't leave us even for a minute until we finished our meal. Lovely service staff and full points to them.

We've ordered a Chicken Hot and Sour soup which was really very spicy. I repeat, very spicy! By the time 'The Bahubali Thali' arrived, I was almost sleepy because the waiting period for it was around 40 mins. The famous thali arrived but most of the items were not even warm and it wasn't great! For starters, All the items weren't available so they had some replacements which I didn't like. There were way more chicken dishes and only one mutton dish. Most of the dishes were fine but the noodles was contrast to all the food. We couldn't finish the whole thali so we had to parcel it.

Once again, the service staff were amazing. They were explaining each dish and was serving each and everything which showcased their supervision towards their guests. The only thing which was...

How can they charge for water bottles with their own logo? That is even a crime under the law. How can they promote and charge for providing water bottles with their own logo without even providing the minimum facility of drinking water to those who come to eat? Isn't this against the law? Why do they charge more for their own brand of water bottles than half a liter bottle is MRP 30/- They are charging 15/- as if they are offering some kind of discount. If you provide the minimum facility of drinking water, people who don't need it will pay money to buy water bottles. Even if they don't have their own logo on the water bottles, how can they promote their brand while charging for it? this is nonsense and They are making fools of everyone. This is a violation of consumer rights. The food is also very, very bad. I have never eaten such terrible food anywhere. I gave it a one star rating or a chance to give a minus rating, otherwise I would have given a minus rating. My rating is (-1000) Roadside food is better than this. I don't suggest anyone this...

I have visited Naidu Gari Kunda Biryani Restaurant on 24.12.2023 and regret to say that my experience was far from satisfactory. The services provided were utterly disappointing, leaving a sour taste in what was meant to be a delightful dining experience.

Upon arrival, the atmosphere seemed promising, but unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of my visit. The service was incredibly slow, with staff seemingly disinterested in attending to customers' needs. Despite the restaurant not being overly crowded, the waiting time for a simple order was unreasonably long.

Moreover, when the food finally arrived, it was not up to the mark. The biryani lacked the expected flavors and seemed hastily prepared. Additionally, the serving portions were smaller than anticipated, especially considering the prices charged.

The staff's attitude towards addressing our concerns was lackluster, showing little regard for customer satisfaction or feedback. Overall, the experience at Naidu Gari Kunda Biryani Restaurant was disheartening and failed to meet even the most basic expectations of quality service and food.
