Platform 65 - The Train Restaurant - Vizianagaram — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

As I'm getting lots updates and suggestions about this restaurant which was recently started in VIZIANAGARAM.

Today got here with family and ordered my loving and delicious HOT & SOUR soup to start a dine. But it was not up to the mark, smells like rancid (stored oil smell). To be Frank it might be good at normal restaurants. Being a multi cuisine restaurant, I didn't expect this.

Every time I used to order special food in particular restaurant👍👍. Apart from that, they suggested me for parchi mirchi Kodi kabab. And I said ok and more exited🤪🤪 for the food. But finally it's a malai tikka. Still compromised as this was not hot, Not boiled properly that I feel the fresh fless of the chicken who helped me to fill my tummy😂😂😂😂.

As usual with lime salt 🥤🧂 soda came with no salt and no lime in that. At first, it's a plain water. Later on realised by their words it's a soda😜😝😝😝😝😝😝

And the most funniest this was that, When I return after bill payment, the staff was aurged with me and they forced me to delete the EMOJIES and edit the review what I was experienced. And it's feel like threatening me.

And one particular person was defending with me and said "I will share the review that it was a fault review and aligation"

As this was reputed multi cuisine restaurant, They have to resolve the issues what they got from reviews.

But this is not the right way to treat the customer.

I am writing this review after being a regular at Platform 65 restaurant at Hyderabad. I took my parents for the experience at this restaurant at platform 65 restaurant Vizianagaram which is newly opened. I am deeply disappointed after reaching this place and having our lunch there. First of all there was no proper power backup for the air conditioners due to power cut. This is a basic requirement for any standard restaurant. And coming to the food, it was a disaster. While we were going through the menu to order, they recommended us non veg platter. We thought it would be a good option for 4 people. The food items were soo bad..such worse preparation.. and worst quality like roadside food. The only saving grace was the mutton biryani. Other than that every other item was worst. Totally not recommended at Vizianagaram branch at least. Please save your money and spend it in already known good restaurants at Vizianagaram. Zero stars. The waiter didn't even set plates before serving food. He was expecting us to have food in the smaller plates which is used to put food waste. Basic things are missing here.. quality food and service. Platform 65 is a big brand which lost its value in Vizianagaram branch. We spend close to 2500 rs for...

This restaurant is a fraud. Actually we went to reliance smart & saw their advertisement (saying chicken/paneer/n.v biriyani are available around 250) & another poster (showing 25%dis + free dessert, anniversary sale gift, blah blah blah) you find these kind of posters through out the way. Bt in reality, you don't find any item at that price. Decent items start minimum @ 350. Quantity is irrelevant to price. Starters & biriyani prices are around 400 & trust me guys one person can easily wat 1biriyani. They won't even give u full bowl of biriyani. When I asked them about their anniversary discount & price variation instead of giving any answer the manager showed his anger on waitress who doesn't even know how to serve properly. I won't say she is rude bt she need some skills ex: when we ordered chicken lollipops she served one per person bt didn't served the gravy & salad that came along with lollipops to anyone. Finally, the taste is decent bt the restaurant needs to improve its quantity & customer retention inorder to survive in the market. Unless someone gives party, i won't visit this...
