"Over the top pricing for barely consumable food quality". I had a very bad experience and it can be summarised with the above sentence. I have heard about Eatree from my cousins and have always wanted to visit with my parents. Contrary to my expectations, what I came across was daylight ripoff.
Since I've visited with my parents, I've searched for a place with a good number of veg options and decided to go with Punjabi Tadka. Even while ordering the food, looking at the exorbitant prices of food options, I thought the quantity of each item might be sufficient for at least 2 people albeit being overpriced. But the items were of meagre quantity and the quality need not be further talked about. It was similar to if not worse than what we expect from Noodles and Manchuria carts found alongside the road. When asked about this, the waiters responses were carefree (literally like "aa item ante vastadi"). Do they think that we're experiencing those dishes for the first time or what?
Final thoughts: If you have kids, then Eatree would be a good place for them to enjoy whilst having quick food. Also, for the food, I would recommend going for quick snack items like rolls, kebabs instead of having full on dinner. Even if you have to, I would suggest avoiding...
Read moreIâve ordered butter chicken and tandoori roti. The food and the services here are pathetic. I donât even need to say anything, by the look of Butter Chicken one can clearly tell that this is not butter chicken. Firstly they didnât have lassi but they have mentioned about it in their menu. I donât know what kind of Punjabi Restaurant donât have lassi. Iâve ignored this fact. When the food got arrived, the Tandoori Roti was uncooked and dough can be clearly seen and felt.(I didnât click the photo of that) when they served Roti again it was chipped of from one side(took a photo of that) as if some rat has eaten that. When I tried butter chicken it was nowhere even close to butter chicken. They have invented something of their own and not only has stopped there, they have put corn flour coated chicken pieces as if it was removed from chicken chilli or chicken manchurian. When asked about it. The waiter was talking in threatening manner and behaving as if he is a chef from some 5 star hotel and has visited and tasted food from different cities. His words were âThis is Andhra Styleâ. In this manner some restaurant and also serve Palak Pappu, Rasam in Italian Style by adding cheese to it.đ
Not recommending it to anyone and not visiting ever again to...
Read moreThe worst food experience I've ever had. I ordered the Special Paneer Biryani, and it was a complete disappointment. The biryani rice was undercooked, and the paneer was so bad I couldn't even tell if it was paneer or something else. Nothing tasted fresh. The staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. Honestly, instead of eating this so-called Special Paneer Biryani, you're better off just drinking waterâit would be more satisfying. I wouldnât recommend this place to anyone. I sincerely hope the management reads this and makes some serious...
