I visited this restaurant today with my family, but unfortunately, our experience was utterly disappointing. My mother has a medical condition, and we were fortunate enough to get a 4-seater table. However, we had to adjust and offer two seats to others, as my mom needed to sit comfortably.

The real issue began when the waiter, who seemed completely oblivious to our situation, asked us to vacate our seats and move elsewhere. This was after we had already seated ourselves and made adjustments to accommodate others.

The waiter's behavior was inconsiderate, and his lack of empathy was staggering. It's unacceptable for a restaurant to treat customers with such disregard, especially when they're already dealing with a medical issue.

I strongly advise against visiting this restaurant. The staff's attitude and lack of customer care make it a place to avoid.

Suggestions for Improvement:

Train staff to be more empathetic and understanding of customers' needs. Implement a more considerate seating policy, especially for customers with medical conditions. Ensure that staff communicate effectively and respectfully...

Mayura Brand is well know to the people of Kadapa... If u want loud music and large screen with music videos sit in the open area. There is also option for Private A/C room. but those are a bit conjusted and claustrophobic and privacy is guaranteed Food : 6/10 Ambience: 8/10 Staff: 8/10 Cost: 600 For 2 nos. Went for chicken tikka, Soya Chicken , Andhra chicken, butter Naan and biriyani one thing I noticed is that chicken is not fresh. It's refrigerated. And it's kinda hard (not sure it's cooking style or chicken quality). Soya Chicken was recommended by the captain. and it didn't disappoint. chicken with a bit of vegetables. Andra chicken was not upto mark. Chicken Biriyani was the worst of all.. I just ate the chicken in it and left the whole flavour less rice. Visited Mayura Gardenia today and tried a variety of vegetarian dishes — and everything was absolutely delicious! Here’s what we ordered: 🥘 Kaju Mushroom Biryani — flavorful and aromatic, loaded with rich cashews and mushrooms — a must-try! 🥘 Kaju Paneer Curry — creamy, perfectly balanced curry that paired beautifully with butter roti. 🥘 Kaju Corn Curry — loved the sweetness of corn with the richness of kaju — very unique and tasty. 🍽️ Butter Roti — soft and fresh, just the right amount of butter. 🍢 Vegetarian Tikka (Starter) — nicely grilled, packed with flavor — great start to the meal!

✅ Ambience was warm and family-friendly. ✅ Service was quick and courteous. ✅ Food was fresh and full of authentic flavors.
