This was my first and last biryani at your place. I regret having a parcel of special fish biryani just today at 8pm to my surprise I was welcomed with "sand coated" fish pieces. Never ever faced this at any restaurant or Street food places at vzm. Thank you for the special recipe. Pics attached and was unable to retrieve all the sand particles to be captured.

Placed an order from Swiggy for chicken dum and fry biryani combo. The Dum biryani was good with nice chicken pieces, but the fry piece was disappointing. The chicken pieces wasn’t good. Rice quantity is good.

I take family pack of chicken biryani, in the pack there is only 5chicken pieces including 2leg pices, 3eggs, when I'm eating rice is utterly disappointed because there is no biryani flavour, and chicken smells badly, i called him and ask him your biryani taste worst, he said that I'm the only customer who complaint badly on them...he was not accepting his fault... finally im giving 0 rating, worst biryani taste in my life... Don't tryst who gave better reviews on rbb...

We are supposed to get the product in the buckets approved by the franchisee.. But at the selling counter they are insisting on take away in normal package, giving some silly reason.. Just want franchisee to take a look in.. If the customers are getting their exact amount of product or anything is...
