S F C (Swagrama Food Court) — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

Today (21 FEB 2013), we purchased 7 KGs of Bengal sweets.The following are our comments: They did not respect to customers. We requested proper packing, they do not listen us. This 7 packing boxes for 1 KG each, would have been packed properly, since these sweets to carry long distance. A small butter paper, which we requested, they did not respected. The product rate is very expensive. The way their behavior would have been improved. They are money minded and do not care about customer request. I told them that, I am going to give my feed back in this app, there is no any positive response from them. I want to give ZERO Rating, but giving SINGLE rating here. I do buy huge quantities regularly (Now 7 KGs), told them that, I may not come back to your shop due to this kind of Rash, Careless, Thoughtless, Incautious, Heedless treatment to me. Customer feedback is very important to them, though we expressed, they should have been modified. I never go to them again, request my friends and family members think before you go there. Finally, the dish we want same sweet for 7 KGs (1 KG each), at the beginning, they said it is available. At the end, they saying 7 KGs are not available, we are disappointed here too. Thanks...

My recent experience at SFC left me deeply disappointed and concerned. Upon dining there, I discovered an insect in my food, which was extremely off-putting and concerning for hygiene standards. This incident overshadowed what could have been a pleasant meal.

The ambiance and service were otherwise satisfactory, with attentive staff and a pleasant atmosphere. However, the presence of an insect in the food greatly undermined the overall experience.

While I understand that isolated incidents can occur, finding an insect in the food raises serious questions about the restaurant's cleanliness and food handling practices. This is particularly concerning given the potential health risks associated with such lapses in hygiene.

I hope that SFC takes this feedback seriously and implements rigorous measures to prevent such occurrences in the future. As a customer, I value cleanliness and food safety above all else when dining out.

This place become landmark in this locality. Swagrama means Own village in Telugu language. It is on the national highway just opposite to international cricket stadium . Authentic traditional andhra food, cakes, fast food, restaurant. There is a pleasant sit out space out side. You can have snacks and tiffins (South Indian and North Indian).
