Red Velvet Madhurawada — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

This place has a very good ambience and is well-maintained. It's one of the good bakery in this area. There are always freshly baked bread and buns available, but my kid says that, these days, the cream bun has very less cream in it as compared to before. They had a variety of pastries in the beginning which tasted very good, but the pastries now are not so fresh these days, Each time we visited there were different pastry flavours available to try. But now every time it's the same flavours available. In the veg section, puffs, pizza, and paneer rolls are very good. They should come up with more varieties.

Apart from baked items, cakes, and pastries, they also have food for the starters and the main course. We had tried garlic noodles and really liked the taste of it. But recently when we ordered the same, they made it too spicy in spite of telling them to make it less spicy.I think they can improve on pastry flavours and quality. And in the main course they should make the food as per the customer's instructions.

I would rate 5 stars for staff who are very courteous and helpful everytime. But I'm rating 3 stars because the Quality of bakery items has reduced a lot as compared to the initial days when the bakery was newly opened. Before I chose to visit their place at 10:45 in the morning , I ordered through swiggy a couple of times and I loved the packing, presentation and taste. So with somewhat elevated expectations, I had my family tag along, took their menu and ordered a veg clear soup and garlic bread. There was one bloke who was taking the order and the other Manning the counter. The conversation between us went like this ; Me : sir, we want a veg clear soup and garlic bread Bloke 1 ; sure sir. He goes to bloke 2 and repeats the order. Bloke 2 ( telugu ) ; evaru prepare chestaru order, nuvva nena ? Bloke 2 then comes over and says only continental items available now sir. Chinese items will be available after 11 or 11:15 as the chef is yet to come. We get up , pay for the few items we bought and prepare to leave. Bloke 1 then says " sorry sir ". . My grouse as a nitpicking customer is, fair point that few items are not available before a certain time but add that disclaimer on the menu and avoid conversations like this in front of the customer. Your place looks high end with nice ambience and am sure the food too. It would be a bummer to see bad customer service messing it up...Am sure there are lot of customers who had a better experience than mine...

I previously used to visit this place for pastries and cakes only ! Recently i have visited the restaurant for the second time and I'm absolutely in love with the taste and quality of the food, you can find very few restaurants around madhurwada pm palem area with such tasty food .. i just hope they notice the quantity they give for the amount they charge.. i would have given a 5 star if the quantity of food was worthy the price... Also a special mention to the service and the ambience of the place... I totally love the location and interiors and also how they maintain the place... The staff and their services definitely deserve 5⭐ the ambience is the key element for one to revisit the restaurant.. i personally recommend going there not just for tasty food but for amazing ambience service and you'll even get amazing Instagram worthy pictures too 😅🤩 P.S my own display picture was...
