Saravana Bhavan Veg Hotel — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

Today I had lunch in saravana bhavan and realised that it's worst than the street food. This nowhere doubt that they dropped from maintaining their quality standards. They are keeping the name as "high quality veg" but looks like they don't know what is quality.

They failed in maintaining

Freshness in plates Hottness in food Tasty in the items kept in plate Worst quality rice, in fact ration rice is better than that

And finally they are writing bill of 140 per plate, they are very accurate only in this.

Staff Even don't know, how to keep customers happy when someone not happy with the food. They are simply saying its like this only.

Worst food service.. You will never go to next step when you maintain like this..

Worst management and staff and you don't deserve anything from food...

This ain’t the Chennai chain. There are 5 with the same name and street. Anyways there is a waiter : tagged as waiter no:4 , he is super rude and does not really care about what you ordered. Gets you burnt food and if you ask why it is burnt , he pretends to take it back for a reorder but just flips the dish to hide the burnt side and brings it back. We ordered idli, vada , masala dosa and Puri. Our idli was cold , vada and rest were burnt. You talk to the lady who is supposed to be the owner she blames it on the oil temperature. I had very worst experience from the owner and servers, they are agressive. After a long journey to SriKalahasti, we stopped by this Hotel Saravana Bhavan. Plate meals were served but when requested for extra curries and sambar, the server was aggressively said my father we can't give more curries. When we asked for curd he given us buttermilk and said this is curd in my hotel. He was very rude, I see him buying curd packets outside and mixing water to it and serving customers as curd.

I request the main saravana bhavan to take action on this hotel. Otherwise the name and trust in people towards the...
