Seems like this is the only restaurant in RJY. Very popular and therefore the arrogance of the staff is next level. Here is what we experienced: We were looking at the menu while waiting to be seated. A manager looking person was nearby and when we asked him a couple of questions about the menu, at first he pretended not to hear. We of course persisted and he made it obvious that it was beneath him to answer any questions and one is better of asking a waiter these questions. The restaurant was crowded so the waiter's deployed their strategy of quick table turn around. They were aggressively guiding us to order something that was convenient for the restaurant to dish out. We were told that numerous items on the menu were either not available or not worth ordering. One of our troupe members had ordered Thali Meals which usually allows one to ask for refills of items they like. However, nobody offered anything. They just wanted the money for the Thali but did not want to service it. Not having learned the lesson from #3 above, one of us tried to meekly order coffee. The same elderly and highly experienced waiter apart from being high handed actually tried to refuse taking the order. Understandable given coffee is not as profitable (I am guessing here) given the time it takes to serve. Maybe they could make it colder? Just and idea. The floor was lethal. It may not have been cleaned in the last 5 or 8 years and was slippery. Maybe RJY municipality would like to take a look. The table was filthy. I wish I had the picture of the filthy tissue I had wiped it with. Washrooms were filthy and...

Β Β Β Read moreVisited Sitara on saturday for lunch. Waited for 10-15 mins. But the service is really fast. We ordered prior to seating, thinking it might get late. But the service is very fast. Thali's are served really fast. Staff is also very organised. They make sure & come on every table for serving rice/curries on time, without requiring the need to call them. Coming to food, there are more varieties of curries & small bowl of colour rice and unlimited white rice. All the curries were good. There is another thali called as 'Special Thali'. This thali would be served with soup & icecream. Rest all same as South Indian thali. We followed Google maps reviews and visited this place. The food is totally worth the money. I was soo full. Pakka Andhra food it is. And have coffee if you are at this place. Coffee is very famous here, as the name says. Overall I would rate 4 for the quality & quantity of the food and the service. More seating would have been helpful...
