I recently had the misfortune of visiting KFC, and I must say that it was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. From the food to the staff and the service, everything about this establishment left a lot to be desired.

Let's start with the food. The chicken I ordered was nothing short of a disaster. It was incredibly greasy, overcooked, and lacked any semblance of flavor. It seemed as though it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours before being served to me. The overall quality of the food was shockingly poor, far from the standard one would expect from a renowned fast-food chain.

Moving on to the staff, I can't recall encountering a more uninterested and apathetic group of individuals. The employees seemed disengaged and unwilling to provide even basic customer service. It was clear that the staff lacked proper training and motivation, resulting in an atmosphere of indifference and dissatisfaction.

The service at KFC was an absolute nightmare. There was a complete lack of acknowledgment about no air conditioning and the management seemed oblivious to the chaos unfolding around them, showing no signs of concern or willingness to rectify the situation.

Overall, my experience at KFC was a complete disaster. The food was unappetizing, the staff was unprofessional, and the service was utterly appalling. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a satisfying meal and decent customer service to steer clear of this particular KFC location. There are plenty of other dining options available that value their customers and strive for excellence—unfortunately, KFC here falls short on...

I've had the worst experience with KFC kakinada (SRMT mall branch) they made me wait for more than 1 hour and later informed me that my order was cancelled. Due to unexplained reasons... when I ordered again but I've received spoiled food. I went to discuss about this with the manager. But they are very rude and non approachable. I've even recorded the conversation but unfortunately we can not post voice recording in Google reviews. please go there or order from here... It's total waste of money and waste of time.

My review 2 years back KFC is as always finger licking good. It’s stands no one In fried chicken in kakinada. But the staff are not much qualified.

Please keep it mind when you order any combos for takeaway Drinks are not given for takeaway. They say that plastic caps are banned. But it would be good if they put a small notice. Or they can give bottles instead of glasses. When I asked for substitute they’ve given me medium popcorn. It’s some what annoying experience especially when other customers are...

I recently visited your store and was extremely disappointed with the experience. I spent nearly ₹1300 and had to wait over an hour just to collect my order. The store environment was chaotic—very loud noise, an uncomfortably hot atmosphere, and AC fans that were not only ineffective but making a terrible racket.

To make matters worse, it was clear that the staff were overwhelmed and understaffed, leading to frustration on both sides. This level of service is completely unacceptable for a brand like KFC. If you’re unable to run the outlet with adequate manpower and facilities, I strongly suggest addressing this immediately—either by increasing staff and improving conditions, or reconsidering operations at that location.
