My detailed Experience with New renovated Guntur Gongura Restaurant

Excellent ambience in new style with so good food which is awesome.

Noticed some customers facing problem with serving team where 2 are of Hindi language.. I have asked order taking person regarding Half plate Lollipops where he should say that it is not available and only full plate will be served but he has taken order and served us 3 PC's . It's with good taste and happy. But as they are not having half plate in menu they have billed Jeera rice and charged me 170 where actual full plate is 280. And half plate should be 140. Atleast they should inform customer well before while taking order only but nothing was informed.. I have taken it litely as nothing will come for me with that extra 30 and left it

Also they have taken so much time for serving each dish. When asked.. server is just saying that there are so many parcel orders. Where swiggy or zomato is not yet attached as on day.. so funny team..

And another issue is.. we have ordered special chicken biryani and taste is also awesome. if u notice menu.. price is 250 where they have billed for 280. When I asked same with order taking person.. He is just bluntly saying that it's old menu and new prices have to be changed.. so silly answer. this renovated restaurant was opened just a week days back and with new menu and there is no biryani Item with Rs.280.

I am trying to enclose bill of which i have paid full bill amount..where it's mentioned 280 for Biryani but Picture is not getting accepted where i am holding copy for reference.

It's not matter of money.. it's matter of Service and Long lasting relation with customers which is lacking.

Never thought that we would get such bad service from a new renovated ...

The food here tastes very good. It was superb having spicy food here. The seating arrangements and all appreciated but personally the ambience is not that much good.

We have ordered hot and sour soup first, it was very good and spicy. Made us feel like a refreshment 😅.

And we have ordered Andhra Chicken curry with white rice, it was awesome 🤤. No dish can beat that spicy and the texture of that dish. White rice quantity was somewhat less I felt. For One bowl of rice they charged 100 rupees. So I felt little costly.

Then again we have ordered Lollipop Chicken curry. It was also an amazing curry😋. Very tasty and spicy dish. They made me to think that, "this is how andhra dishes will be"😁😅

We have ordered a starter dish, that was Chilly Baby corn and that's also has nice taste over here. Must try it out.

FYI - this restaurant previously named as Military Restaurant but now they have changed the name and owner😜

Must try with family, friends even you can go alone and...

All the positive reviews are from the owner, kitchen staff and 2 servers and their friends...

I visited 1000's of restaurants being a food lover but this stands first in worst..

First of all here no servers only one server in entire resturent I see people are thinking why they have come to this restaurent bcoz of no service at all...they are not bothered about customers....

After 2 hrs I got my order Gongura mutton biryani- rice is not biryani its just kushka and mutton prices are like stones...too much of hard after having this biryani I had some problems I admitted in hospital...

There is no proper system here when i have order after 45 min again thy came to collect order what a rubbish

Any thing is first priority is customer. ..

Please dont come to this resturent, even fod is not of great quality and quantity..

Respect your customers and take orders from them atleast after 10 minutes they sat...
