Tulips — Restaurant in Andhra Pradesh

recently visited this restaurant with my family, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The wait time after placing our order was extremely long, and the food quality was far from satisfactory. To start with, we ordered soup, which was served cold- something I didn't expect, especially with soup. Alongside the roasted tomato soup, we were given bread that was clearly old and stale. Next, we ordered veg Hakka noodles, and to our shock, the mushrooms were rotten and the noodles were completely bland, lacking any seasoning. The overall service was equally frustrating-every item we ordered took more than 15 minutes to arrive. When we asked for the bill, it took them another 20 minutes to get it to us, despite reminding them multiple times. While understand food preparation can take time, the restaurant was practically empty, with no other customers to serve, which made the delay even more unacceptable. Worst buffet ever, with food not worth the money, limited selection, and poor service.

Lukewarm options and bland flavors don't justify the steep price tag, with food not leaving much of an impression.

Limited seafood options Desserts looking like they've been brought from road side sweets shop soup - horrible , with almost no taste and barely any chicken or veggies Hakka noddles - better , very thin and tasty *biryani - worst , cold , tasteless *

• veg starters - paneer was good and very soft , mixed veg is ok *
• non veg starters - Singapore tawa fish & angara chicken tikka was good , five spice chicken is below average *

Only put thing is that The ambience is warm and inviting,apart from that nothing , the amount they are charging and the no of items they are providing is not at all Justifiable

I never had such a worst experience in any hotel. We were a group of 20, we got the place and there was no person to get water glasses or take food order untill 15min from the time we got our place. We ordered the food at 10:10pm and untill 10:45pm we neither got any update on the order not got the plates on our table. We had to ask each and every thing for them to do and food came after waiting for an hour. The food was served in such a way that raita wasn't provided for biryani, chutney wasn't provided for Dosa and literally we had to ask them each and everytime. This isn't the service expected from a reputed hotel that too after being seated idle, waiting for more than an hour. It was the worst experience I faced and it's not only with me instead this is the case with people on other tables as well. Totally disappointing and waste of time - 2...
