Hotel V Pride — Hotel in Andhra Pradesh

Its a worst experience to go there with family. Don't consider going there. If you have other options.

What we face: We booked two rooms for 5 people, we came early to vizag so checked in early by paid extra for one room. But they didn't provide another room later. They say room is not there(Then why do you people accept booking, we did more then 1 week before). They give another room after some discussion, that has no use as we are going out. At 6 PM they called we changed your room, I said its ok we come late, make it ready till that time. When we came it was 2 separate beds room. We request to chage it. They say we don't have other room, please bear with it. When we argue and literally going to cancel the booking. Then they prove room next to it(Don't make fool of people when you have it already). When we request to refill water several times, the guy who came said that, it was "waste of time" to refill(For 5 people, daily 3 litres of water per person for 2 days, are you going to pay the bill). We have been to vizag several times now, but it was the worst experience with family.

Pros: Room is ok Breakfast is ok-ok Near to Night street food

Cons: Staff is not polite at all. It was like waste of time to give service. You have to call 3 times to ask for a service. If you tell them not to clean the room on behalf, still they will do it and if they did. If you tell hotel that after cleaning, accessories(Like water, tea, coffee) are not refilled. They never gonna believe it. Even you are not in room whole day. Showers is not working properly. Hot water are not constant. It comes only in morning for few minutes. I stayed in this hotel for 5 days during Dussehra 2021 and had a wonderful stay in this hotel. I will categorize the review into couple of below topics. Location : Hotel is located in city center (dabagardens) Very close to RK Beach (1.5KM) Easily accessible to most of the sight seeing places.

Room Quality & Hotel Amenities : Rooms are very clean, neat and Larger ( even Deluxe Rooms ). Covered Car Parking ( Basement ) and external dedicated Car parking space incase basement is full.

Hotel Staff : I had great experience right from booking until checkout. Hotel staff is very professional and supportive. Specially Front Office staff Ms. Monika helped us providing a very good deal in a single phone call for one week's accommodation, Mr. Bhasker during check-in offered us a free upgrade to Deluxe Suite Room for the first day as Deluxe rooms were occupied by the time we reached hotel late by 5 hours( Originally booked Deluxe Room ) and then offered us to continue with same room for the entire stay in order to not trouble us in changing to a different room and to make it a comfortable stay for us.

Delicious food courteous staff good ambience ample car parking approach road is slightly conjusted apart from this no complaints one can enjoy the food quality there with in city One can get bahubali thali which will be served to 4 people the cost is 1500/- but worth try as it consists 2 juices, 4 starters , 3 flavored rice variety, and complete south Indian thali like Dal, sambar , curries capsicum paneer etc sweet 2 varieties all I am reviewing is vegetarian only I don't know about non veg have a try n enjoy...
