Domino's Pizza | Kumarpara Pachali, Guwahati — Restaurant in Assam

Never order from this restaurant during festival seasons or when there's a cricket or football match. First, they'll accept your order out of greed, and after 30mins of waiting they'll send you a mail or text stating that they won't be able to deliver within 30mins due to high demand and will deliver soon then a so-called "out for delivery" message will come and when you call their so-called manager after an hour of waiting she will never gonna pick up the call. After that when you'll track your order from the link given in the text message they'd send you, there will be a beautiful message stating that "your order has been canceled". So, my question is why do you accept orders when you don't have enough delivery agents during festival seasons and when there's a match? Why do you have such managers who can't cooperate with customers? And last, why do you accept orders when you know you can't deliver? So, beware of ordering from this outlet during festival seasons and matches, and please don't make the mistake of paying in advance through...

Well... After all it has to taste good as it is the dominos.. Am sure everybody knows about it. I had gone to dominos after a long time.. I had gone alone... Means it was a solo party for me.. I had ordered a pizza.. The chicken dominator ..and a veg parcel...... The pizza was mouth watering and I enjoyed it a lot.. But the veg parcel was off the beat.. It was so small... Literally as small as an ant... I remember earlier they used to give a bigger one ...but it was a different branch.. Maybe this branch serves small veg parcel.. It honestly just had two small pieces of paneer... I was not happy at all with the parcel.. And yes I had done dine in... Which means I had ordered it a long time ago.. But the pizza was not even then ready.. Plus I had to wait extra 20 mins for it.. Honestly it did not have a crowed as well.. Only two customers were there.. Still the service was slow.. Anyways... U guys can try the pizza of this branch.. But pls don't order...

I went there during Durga Puja, I guess that might have affected the service a little bit and I honestly have empathy for people who have to work this time of the year and I guess that could've led to the grim expressions of the staff there. However what struck me as odd was the fact that they were delivering every type of pizza on online platforms but for people who went there, were informed the only thing available were the meal combos which cost Rs. 445 and summed up to Rs. 500 including taxes and when inquired about, the staff were really blunt about it, saying it was not available but the orders that were being taken out by their delivery partners said otherwise. Other things that contributed to the bad experience was a lack of adequate seating arrangement and an inept air conditioning as well as questionable hygiene standards. However this is the first time I went there, so I guess I may have had the shorter end...
