Today I visited Makhan Bhog after a long time. It was happy to see that things are getting back to normal. And people have started going to the restaurants. Makhan Bhog is maintaining all kind of covid protocols. Their Staffs are wearing masks, gloves, Caps. And also the seats are been sanitized.

Since Makhan Bhog has opened it has always been my favorite place to have chats and dosa. But today I am a bit upset because their quality has been detoriated than even. I had Masala dosa and Rajkachori chat. The Rajkachori was small and I found the chat to be blend. Like the masala was little less. And coming to the dosa, it was not as expected. The dosa was less crispy and also the salt was little less in the masala.

Other wise their hospitality is good and their staffs are well behaved.

And also their sweets are too yumm. You should taste their sweets. They are made in pure desi ghee. And it get vanished as soon as you put it...

Went there with my parents, sister and wife for dinner today. The place wasn't too crowded but the staff took a lot of time to take our orders. After taking the orders, the wait time was phenomenal considering the size of portions they were providing. On top of that the behaviour of the staff was quite rude, it was as if they don't care that we were there. They made us feel like they were doing us a favour by bringing us the meals and that waiting a long time to get our meals served was an obious thing to do. Even a simple dish like complimentary onions and lime took more than 5 minutes to arrive and on top of that the size of portions provided was also meagre. Its not that we had ordered very few items, the final bill came out to be Rs 1616. I would like to point out that the owners should not be so much money minded that they fail to teach their staff simple etiquettes. I will definitely not visit this...
