OTT Cafe (A Unit of RAP Hospitality) — Restaurant in Assam

This was my first visit to OTT Cafe, and I was genuinely impressed! The ambience is one of the standout features, spacious, well-organized, and perfect for all kinds of groups. Whether you're going with friends, on a date, or planning a small celebration like a birthday party, the space is well-suited for it. There's even a designated area that seems great for hosting special occasions.

What I really liked was the rooftop setting, which brought in a lot of fresh air and added to the chill, relaxing vibe. It didn’t feel cramped at all, which is something I really appreciate in cafés.

They also have a separate section dedicated to games and sports—from football to cricket to basketball—making it a fun hangout spot beyond just food and conversation.

Now, coming to the food—absolutely delicious! I had the Chicken Biryani and Pan-Fried Hakka Noodles, and both dishes were top-notch. The noodles, in particular, are highly recommended—flavorful, perfectly cooked, and definitely a must-try.

Delectable food is mouth-watering, appetizing, enjoyable and satisfying, more so when coupled with pleasant weather. The light rain and cool breeze made for a great atmosphere when enjoying the various items packed with a rich and varied taste that engaged our palate and made us savor every bite at OTT. Even the service (credit to Nazrul and Baharul) was warm and pleasant which elevated the food experience. This is a must-visit place. An open-air terrace seating setting allows you to take in sights while enjoying the food. For those who have kids there is Hustle to take away their attention and energy and play to their heart's content. I cannot name all that i ordered and ate but some noteworthy items were the cardamom saffron latte (never imagined elaichi and coffee combined can taste so good), the prawn momo was sooo juicy and any and everything cooked with cheese was delicious. Everything tasted fresh and just hit the taste point just right. Sitting at OTT and writing this review, I am feeling satiated with the food and the ambience. Getting to look at the green hills in Guwahati while eating is a bonus...

I have visited this place twice , let me tell u guys the first visit was okay only but the second one was disaster we ordered cofee that they have given with outdated biscuits and chicken club sandwich it cost me around 395 but there was no butter , no cheese only little bit of chicjen patty and omelettes and tomatoes n cucumber that was the worst one even though i have ask them to put butter n cheese they didnt ,that also only 2 table was booked no customers, after giving instr They cannt follow ! And regarding the atmosphere there was no Ac only fan over all i didnt like the food it was all waste bread was too dry Its an suggestions to the manager kindly look after the food in the kitchen too , employees are providing food with less effort! We as a customer we use to go the places to have a good food not to get the staff with good manners what will i do with that if food was bad Kibdly see this things otherwise you will be losing your customer, i will nver visit this...
