It is disappointing to see that the service of a vegetarian hotel was unsatisfactory and that they didn't serve an extra plate but instead gave two forks for noodles.
This lack of attention to basic customer needs can greatly detract from the overall experience of a guest. By not providing an extra plate, the hotel is not only inconveniencing the guest, but also potentially compromising their hygiene and safety. It is not hygienic for two people to share a single plate, particularly if they are not close acquaintances or family members. Additionally, it may be difficult to share a single plate if one person has dietary restrictions or preferences.
The hotel's failure to provide a basic need like an extra plate can leave a lasting negative impression on the guest, which can be damaging to the hotel's reputation. It is important for hotels to prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure that guests have a comfortable and pleasant experience during their stay.
In summary, a hotel's lack of attention to basic customer needs, such as not providing an extra plate and instead giving two forks for noodles, can greatly diminish the overall experience of a guest, leading to dissatisfaction and potential...
Read moreThis restaurant is a scam. First of all, the food tastes terrible. Secondly, I have eaten chole bhature and dosa at many places, and I know that in restaurants, you don't get refills compared to small stalls and hotels, but they give enough chole for two bhature, which is sufficient for a meal and usually you wont require a refill. But in this restaurant called "Sri Hari's", they scam you. Suppose you only have 100 rupees, and after looking at the menu, you can only afford one chole bhature. After it's served, you find out that there's so little chole that you can only eat at most one or one and a half bhature, and that's being generous. The scam is that you have to buy extra chole for 30 rupees. I've never seen such a ridiculous system anywhere. You should change your name; 'Sri Haris' doesn't suit you. The only reason I ate at this restaurant was that it is a no onion no garlic restaurant. I didn't even want to give it one star, but I had to because I want all customers...
