Nestled in the heart of the city, this restaurant beckons with an enticing offer – unlimited food for just 699. The prospect of indulging in a diverse array of dishes at such an affordable price is certainly appealing.
Upon entering, the ambiance strikes a balance between cozy and vibrant. The well-lit interior and comfortable seating create an inviting atmosphere. The restaurant adopts a buffet-style setup, allowing patrons to explore a multitude of culinary offerings. From appetizers to desserts, the menu spans a range of cuisines, promising a delightful journey for the taste buds.
The quality of the dishes generally aligns with the modest price point. Standouts include flavorful curries, well-seasoned grilled items, and a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The chefs seem to prioritize freshness, and the presentation of the dishes adds to the overall dining experience.
Service, however, can be a bit of a mixed bag. During off-peak hours, the staff is attentive and quick to assist. However, during busy periods, especially on weekends, there can be delays in refilling the buffet stations and attending to customer requests. It's advisable to plan visits during less crowded times to fully enjoy the dining experience.
One notable aspect is the restaurant's commitment to accommodating dietary preferences. Vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike will find a satisfying array of choices. The live cooking stations, where chefs whip up personalized dishes, add a touch of culinary theatre to the dining experience.
While the unlimited food offer is a major draw, it's essential to manage expectations regarding beverage costs. Drinks are typically not included in the 699 price tag and are billed separately. This is a common practice in many establishments, but it's worth noting for those on a tight budget.
The dessert section deserves a special mention, featuring an array of sweets ranging from traditional to contemporary. The variety ensures that there's something to please every sweet tooth. The quality of desserts is on par with the rest of the offerings, providing a satisfying conclusion to the meal.
Parking facilities around the restaurant may pose a challenge, especially during peak hours. It's advisable to consider alternative transportation options or plan accordingly to avoid any inconvenience.
In conclusion, this restaurant presents a compelling proposition with its unlimited food offer at 699. It caters to a broad audience with its diverse menu, inviting ambiance, and pocket-friendly pricing. While there are areas for improvement, such as service efficiency during peak hours, the overall experience makes it a worthwhile dining destination for those looking for a satisfying meal without...
Read moreMy visit to Barbeque Nation at Ulubari, Guwahati was nothing short of extraordinary, and honestly, it's one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had.
From the moment I entered, the ambience felt vibrant yet cozy — the lighting, music, and overall setup instantly made me feel comfortable and excited for the meal ahead. The staff welcomed us with a smile, and their hospitality throughout the evening was truly commendable. They were attentive, friendly, and made sure we were comfortable at every step — even checking in from time to time to see if everything was to our liking.
Now let’s talk about the star of the evening — the food! The live grill starters on the table were not only visually appealing but absolutely delicious. Each skewer was perfectly marinated and grilled — juicy, flavorful, and served piping hot. Whether it was the prawns, chicken, or paneer, everything tasted fresh and expertly seasoned. The crisp corn, grilled pineapple, and tangy dips were addictive!
The main course had a huge variety — from Indian to continental dishes. I particularly enjoyed the butter chicken and biryani, which were full of flavor. The live counters, like the chaats and noodles, added a fun and interactive touch to the experience.
And oh, the desserts! A beautiful spread of sweets, puddings, cakes, and of course, their signature kulfi counter — where you can customize your own kulfi with toppings — was the perfect way to end the meal.
What made this evening special wasn’t just the food, but the entire experience — the way everything was so well thought out, with genuine hospitality and an inviting environment. It’s not just a meal, it’s a memory I’ll carry with me for a long time.

Read moreThis is a place whose USP is its all-you-can-eat buffet. There's a bar too. There's a standard price of rs 750 for non veg and 550 for veg platter. As the name suggests, there's a barbeque. So, the system here is, you reserve a seat, go to your place, and bingo, there's a big square hole in your table. The waiters insert a portable barbecue into it and your starter session starts. They shall serve you some steaks with 2-4 peices of mushroom, fish, prawn, paneer, chicken or chevon. They may serve some complementary items sometimes and it's a pleasurable surprise if you're lucky enough. Sweet corn is another non bbq item in starters. They do entertain your own twists. Then after you have enough starters, you put down the flag and head to the main course area. Don't miss the guy who looks like a pao bhaji maker. He makes some of the nicest kebabs and meat patty in town. There are hordes of items from the main course to choose from and the vet items are very lucrative indeed. There's a sakad counter, a cupboard of cakes, pastries, indigenous milk items like phirnee, fruits etc. There's two buckets of vanilla and strawberry separately. And there's the kulfi counter which serves 6 flavours with nice toppings. Dark chocolate, pan and mango are the better ones. Biryani is one of the best in town. There are soups also. The items are just awesome. I don't drink so I don't know about the bar side, but that definitely should be very...
