I recently visited Loyans. It seems that it has lost its charm. I was extremely disappointed with my experience and the quality of the food has significantly declined since my last visit.
One of the main reasons for my disappointment was the pastries. They used to be one of the highlights of this bakery, but they were not as fresh and delicious as they used to be. The pastry didn't taste the same as it was before. Another item that I tried was the chicken shawarma roll, which was a complete letdown. The roll had no taste at all, and it felt like I was eating a bland wrap.
Overall, I felt that the quality of the food has declined, and the bakery has lost its charm. It was evident that the staff were not putting in the same effort and passion as before.
I hope that the management of the bakery takes notice of these issues and works to improve the quality of their food and ambiance to regain the charm and reputation that they once had. As for now, I would not recommend this bakery to anyone looking for an authentic and delicious pastry or...

Just building a fancy outlet with good interior won't help in the long run. Also not to forget the attitude the guy who serves/packs the items in the store.
