China 88 Restaurant — Restaurant in Bardhaman

Visited on nababarsha (Bengali New Year).Good Chinese food at reasonable / cheap rate. The owners are truly Chinese in origin, so you can expect authentic Chinese taste here. Fried Wanton is definitely worth trying. Lemon chicken is another great dish here.

Now a few suggestion for the owner / management : The interior decoration remind you about some Sikkim / north east food joint. But the hindi music is little odd to the theme. A Chinese song / music / even Buddhist chants (or something like that) would better go with the theme. Space is small, so the sitting arrangement. If they can make a more spacious outlet in future, it would be great. The service could be better. There are only 3 service people (I think, they are the owner / family members). More service staffs, specially during busy hours would be great. Anyway, it's going to flourish in future for sure. wish...

We search this resturent through goggle and ended up with a hungry stomach. This china 88 restaurant situated police station, 508 BC road beside burdwan kalibazar , You can get a toto from the railway station, it will cost 20 rupees each. It will take about 10-15 minutes. Tommoro came here for Lunch. We loved their authentic Chinese dishes. We ordered crispy Honey chili garlic chicken and hongkong fried chicken rice nd chicken wanton nd masala cola. The behaviour of the staff is good . But they serve water in a bottle which I didn't like at all . The chopsticks, table and the jar for serving cold drinks there got a little dirty to us. A little attention should be paid to the cleanliness of those things. Atmosphere inside the place was so good . Easily 5.5 out of 10 can be given to this resturent from all aspects. 1st time...

We are go for take the authentic Chinese items but totally disappointed. Food was not fresh musty smell came out from noodles. Chilli chicken was very bad in taste (Street food also far better than this). *We can't finish the food for this bad taste.

Staff was totally untrained, they are taking the waste when we are taking our meal. After serving the main course immediately person say are you order more or i go for bill & after confirmation he come with bill before we complete our dinner.

🚨I don't known how many days before reviewer given the good review But recently (February 2024) quality and service is not proper, You have many option near this location but don't go to this location to take the Third class food...
