I recently dined in at Domino's and had a fantastic experience! The service was top-notch, the food was delicious, and the quality was outstanding. However, the only drawback was the limited space for dine-in.

The pizza was cooked to perfection! The crust was crispy, the sauce was tangy, and the cheese was melted to a golden brown. The toppings were fresh and abundant.

The food quality was exceptional. The ingredients were fresh, and the preparation was impeccable. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the care taken in preparing our meal.

While the dine-in area was clean and well-maintained, it was quite small and cramped. There were limited tables and chairs, and it felt a bit claustrophobic.

Overall

Domino's exceeded my expectations in terms of service, food, and quality. However, the limited space for dine-in was a drawback. If they could expand their dine-in area, I would have no hesitation in giving them a full 5 stars.

This is the 2nd outlet in our Burdwan of Dominos pizza which is just located at the ground floor of Sree Durga Market , Ichlabad , beside of Anandamela. Now this outlet also has become so popular like the 1st one. .. They have every other facilities like the 1st unit . They have home delivery , dine in or take away facility .. you can order via dominos app or website. Now they accept online or any card payment too . Overall a very compact 2nd dominos store in our Burdwan. Every dominos items are available here. But as i feel that they have reduced the quanity of cheese at their pizzas . Even having a cheese burst quality , they gives very less amount of cheese . Actually in India Jubilant Foodwork is looting the Indian customers at the name of dominos. Dominos should operate the business directly at India when they have, more than 1300 store, 2nd largest number of store in whole world though out the India . The quality of Indian dominos does not match with American dominos itself. Now im frustrated with their quality but we dont have option. So it...

Very unprofessional service . We ordered some pizzas online last week and the delivery guy pressed 'reached location ' in his devise much before (at least 15 mins) reaching my location. After that he kept on arguing with me over phone that he has reached my location but not able to reach me! When asked finally, he said it's their policy to complete 'reached location ' action when they reach within 300 meters of the delivery address. When confronted, he failed to show any terms and conditions in the dominos app about the specific policy. He was also very rude and continued arguing with me about my delivery location!! I lodged a complaint with the customer service but till now this has not been resolved.
