Visited the cafe for the first time. Very poorly maintained and average ambience. There were 7-8 staffs present but the tables werenât cleaned properly and the entrance was dirty as well. Food was average, had ordered kolkata street chai and garlic bread. Tea was good but the garlic bread was prepared with burger bun bread- no idea why, with garlic to be searched with a microscope. Garlic bread always means a separate kind of bread to be used; saw burger bread being used in garlic bread for the first time in life. It was more of bread butter that we eat at home, pay double to have it in a cafe. A lot of improvements are needed but not sure if the owner is bothered to improve. A one time average visit. Not...
Read moreThe food was good. Major concern with hygiene. I heard a lot about this restaurant so I went with my family one day. Fish and chips are rare in Burdwan so I ordered that. With some french fries for the kids and 4 manjo mojitos. Fish and chips were just OK. Fries as usual. Problem was with the Mason Jar đ« in which the drinks were served. It was not clean at all and when we complained, one of them tried to convince us that it was nothing. All 4 jars? Later they changed the drinks in normal glasses.    Read moreThe location of the cafe is very good. It is located at the center of the city. It has a narrow entrance. It is on the first floor of the building. The food quality is good. Fish fry and French fry is too good. But the fried chicken is not so good quality. The Darjeeling is best. It has a smooth flavor of Darjeeling tea. The behavior of the staff is very good. Overall it is very good for evening outings with friends. The seat capacity is near about 20. Most interesting is this Cafe gives a discount to the students from 11 am to 4 pm. The details of the discount are attached...
