Mcuisine Restaurant — Restaurant in Bardhaman

First of all I don't know how people could be so dumb this is a 4 star rated restaurant in Google how this could be possible. They know nothing about cooking which is the primary aspect for a restaurant. A restaurant should cook and serve good food to their customers. Let me give you a tour of my visit in that restaurant:- On 16.03.2025 I went there with my 2 friends for a very special occasion i.e. my aiburobhat. They ordered a special aiburobhat thali for me and also ordered an egg fried rice & lemon chicken for themselves. We also ordered fish finger and chicken lollipop for starter. We should have stopped after tried their starter menu. We already complain to them that the fish finger was not good but they kept saying that we use vetki fish for that and blah blah. Still now we did not realise what's coming after that we kept thinking that the main course we ordered will be good. That's our hope but The reality was very different than our hope. In aiburobhat thali every thing except rice was cold. They also orderded a mutton kasha for myself.I never taste this kind of mutton and I will never try this kind of recipe in my life. Only thing that was good in my special thali was rasgulla and that dahi as both of these bought from outside that restaurant. Don't talk about this egg fried rice and lemon chicken. I tried a little bit of egg fried rice which a smell of raw egg if you try to taste this kind of food then please come to foodies paradise which should be foodies Hell. After so much I don't have the courage to taste that lemon chicken. After all this disastrous experience we paid our bill of Rs. 1737 we left that restaurant. We ordered a special thali for my friend’s Aiburobhaat, hoping for a memorable dining experience, but it turned out to be a complete disaster. The food quality was extremely poor, and not a single item stood out in terms of taste or presentation.

The thali was particularly disappointing. The chutney tasted like a basic sauce mixed with some pickle, lacking any flavor. The mutton kasha was horrible, with an odd, unpleasant taste that made it completely inedible.

We also ordered fish fingers, but they were completely flavorless. The Chicken 65 was bland and poorly prepared. The Lemon Chicken felt like it was simply boiled and served, with no effort to enhance the taste.

To make things worse, the egg fried rice we ordered with the Lemon Chicken had a strong raw egg smell, making it impossible to eat.

The overall experience was so bad that we couldn’t finish the meal. It was a deeply disappointing choice for such a special occasion, and we wouldn’t recommend this...

Mcuisine is a very popular name among the restaurants in burdwan. For lunch purpose in a workshop in college, a bulk order was given to them. The special veg thali was ordered from them . The whole experience starting from ordering upto the delivery was very good. The food was excellent 👍. We thoroughly enjoyed the bengali delicacies. Each of the food items were very tasty, but the best of the lot was sukto, Sakbhaja and the chatni. We all were left craving for more. Special mention for their packaging- it was top notch.
