The lady at the counter was constantly arguing with other staff members, and no one seemed interested in taking customer orders properly. I waited for over five minutes in an uncomfortable environment where neither the AC nor the fan was on. When I finally asked about it, I was told the AC wasn’t working, and only then they bothered to turn on the fan. The arguments among staff continued the whole time, which created a very unpleasant vibe. Their behavior towards me was rude and disrespectful. I had ordered a cheese burger, but they completely forgot to add the cheese—likely because they were too busy arguing. The food quality was poor, and the service even worse.
