Al - Bek Restaurant — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I'm writing this on behalf of my family members and sharing the horrific incident happened with them after consuming food here in AL-BEK Rajajinagar.

Rating zero is also waste for the kinda pathetic food this restaurant serves to the customers i would have rate them zero but I don't have anyother option rating it to ONE Star.

Let me tell you guys what happened with my family after consuming food in the Al-Bek Rajajinagar branch.

My Sister,brother in law and their kids went to have lunch in AL-BEK Rajajinagar on Sunday and they had chicken alfaham and Mutton biriyani after consuming food there and coming back home all my sister's family had severe food poison and all are admitted in hospital.

The food served by the restaurant staff is of low and pathetic quality which caused them severe food poison. Its a clear message to the staffs member How can you people serve such a low quality pathetic food to the customers and spoil their health badly and make money?

Do you guys really maintain hygiene and cleanliness in your restaurant im sure it's a big NO, by the kinda food you serve then why spoiling the health of customers by serving pathetic food and making them suffer in the hospital 😤

It's a humble request to all "DON'T GO to this Al-Bek Rajajinagar Restaurant and spoil your loved ones precious health and if you eat there food directly you people will be admitted in the hospital with severe food poison and all your hard earned money will be spent for clearing hospital bills.

Don't spoil your precious health and waste your hard earned money by visiting this restaurant again in your life 😤

Been visiting Al Bek since years and this was my first visit at this outlet. They have upstairs seating area and it was a bit busy as we had to wait for the table. The food of course is very good as it is at any Al Bek, ordered the grilled chicken and Al faham and both was delicious. But the problem here is the service. The servers first of all take ages to bring anything other than your order you ask for, although there were number of staff just standing at the side station. We asked for extra Mayo and extra Onion salad with the Grilled chicken, but it literally took 3 waiters, 1 order taker and 15 mins to get it. Everytime we asked a staff for it he will inform us (multiple times) that it's charged to which we said every time we are ok to pay, and then that staff would disappear saying it's coming from down. The worst was they are listed on zomato gold but they refused to give the discount and take payment through zomato gold, as they said its not valid. Same answer was given by the manager when we asked to speak to the manager. Why market your outlet on zomato gold when you want to deny that service to the customer?

Worst Grill Chicken Ever – A Complete Disgrace!

I genuinely don't even know where to start with this disaster of a meal. To call it "grilled chicken" is an insult to actual grilled chicken. First off, the chicken had zero flavor. No spices, no masala, nothing. Just bland, dry, sad pieces of meat that tasted like they had been sitting around for hours with absolutely no effort put into seasoning or marinating. It was the most flavorless thing I've ever eaten in my life.

Not only was the chicken a tragedy, but the service was equally appalling. The biryani peaces are worst to describe.

Speaking of the food, it was cold, unappetizing, and undercooked in places. The so-called "grill marks" were laughable. It was as if someone had thrown it on a grill for two seconds, then tossed it aside. And don’t even get me started on the sides— completely bland, unseasoned biryani peaces, rice tasty was worst and some sad excuse for a salad that should've been thrown in the trash.
