AMBUR STAR BRIYANI SINCE 1890 - RR Nagar — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Very Pathetic Service and Food Quality. I went here for dinner with my family (Spouse and 2 kids less than 10 years old). Ordered Veg Biryani for my wife and 2 Chicken biryani for me and my kids. Had informed the waiter, does they have less spicy biryani, he shaked his head multiple times yes they do have very less spicy, but that fellow had brought spicy chicken biryani which even i can't eat it. Nowadays Ambur star Biryani is losing its fame. We had eaten in many branches across Tamilnadu, Ambur, Chennai, in Bangalore Silk board etc.. Biryani was not this spicy. Kids were literally crying while having food. Also, Chicken Biryani they served was so cool and nothing hot. Biryani tastes good when served hot. Being an Biryani vendor in market, They doesn't know these basics. Additionally, chicken pieces in that were too smelly. Additionally, they have kept Kinley water bottles and i demanded them its not needed and serve us the normal water. But none has listened it and we called them 3 times, but no one turned up with normal water and we ended in using the Kinley bottle as kids were crying because of spicy food they ate, in turn which they charged 20 Rs for it. Veg Biryani was so pathetic as there is no vegetables in it and it was too salty. my wife had kept it without consuming and we ended up in getting parcel to give it outside. When we asked to serve some Raita, they are serving only onions from it and no curd in it. We told multiple times, seems the serving persons were not educated how to serve. Though all these circumstances, My experience was so bad and decided not to visit this place in future.

My recommendation is this place is not for Biryani lovers and peoples who visiting with kids as their foods become too spicy now a days. Try other biryani restaurants nearby if you have options. Though i am residing very close to other biryani centers in RR nagar, i forced my family to visit this place, but ended...

This Branch has opened only to Spoil and Tarnish the Name of Ambur Star Briyani 1890,Being a Born Ambur Biryani die hard fan i rejoiced when it opened in R.R nager but now after Bad experience, i order my Ambur Biryani only from J.P nager branch,once I ordered a Mini Bucket biryani from RR nager branch, it was like Eating plan yellow rice with dry chicken No masala no taste,when i called the incharge they said the chef has not mixed the biryani properly n asked sorry as it's a new branch, whereas it should be totally opposite, 2nd time when i ordered mutton biryani it was so dry no smell n taste,,my kids started asking me plz order from Original Star ⭐ Ambur not 🚫 from local 120 rs fake Amburs, when i have from Star ambur RR nager, if it Continues like this soon this Branch will get closed either change the Management or the Chef ,but not to spoil the Star Ambur biryanis Brand Name,now I only Dine in at Indranager,,,Kammahalli or J.P nager Branchs, but totally avoid this location even tho it's just within 2 km radius from my house, Not happy with...

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Swiggy and the restaurant. I placed an order through Swiggy, but the restaurant failed to hand over the complete order. After reaching out to Swiggy to resolve the issue, they informed me that they couldn't resend the missing items due to a lack of staff, especially since it was late at night. Both Swiggy and the restaurant staff were indifferent and careless when addressing my complaint. To make matters worse, the restaurant suggested I place a new order and pay extra for the missing items.

This kind of treatment is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for customers. I understand that leaving a review or rating may not bring about change, but I urge anyone considering ordering from this restaurant to reconsider. I personally will be seeking alternatives, such as Ambur restaurant, and will be more cautious about supporting Swiggy. Please don't take your customers...
