Tried even after looking lot of bad reviews. Lets go on with pros 1st
Pros: You can get authentic rajasthani/punjabi dishes. Very few restaurants in Bengaluru serves it. eg: baati+dhal , makki_roti+sarso_ka_sag
Waiter/Staff was courteous, talks and makes you comfortable. Gives suggestions about their food.
Cons: Ordered Manchow soup which tasted very bad ( felt like cheap corn flour/ maidha is added to it)
Taste of baati was no were near rajasthani delicacy. It was more like kachori.
Staff themselves served green chutney and asked to eat it with dhal baati. Chutney was either made some days back or it got spoiled some how. Tasted really bad.
Ate makki roti for the 1st time, so cant comment about that, but it was not good.
Main item in Sarso ka sag felt like palak instead of 'sarso ka pattha'. Tasted more like palak gravy instead of sarso ka sag. Not spicy + no salt.
over priced (eg: 1 small baati 40rs (size of laddu), 1 makki rotti was around 80rs)
No parking facility, you have to park on road side.
Above 2 stars goes only for staff who spoke to us nicely :) Suggestion to Punjabi masala: Please improve your food...

I went to this place with my family as it was a punjabi restaurant as the name says...but take it or leave it I had the worst experience at this place.
First I ordered a tomato soup, the first sip I had made me realize my experience at this restaurant was not going to be good. They had put tomato ketchup and mixed it with water which tasted literally worst.
Next I ordered soya chap which tasted nothing less like tasteless rubber.
Finally we did not have any hopes left for the main course which eventually was proven right. The roti curry was given to us after 15mins of preparation as I could see it openly inside what they were doing. The taste felt really degraded.
My overall experience was not worth the money I paid here. They should mainly focus on how they can improve their standards of taste or take out the particular items from their menu which they are...

I ordered a samosa chat and the chola(ragda) wasn’t hot at all. When I told them that it wasn’t hot the waiters weren’t responsive and comprehending and were giving reasons like” How can the chutney be heated?”.
They didn’t even make an attempt to heat it and once the supervisor came I told him about the issue and before even he could hear it he is asking what do you want. Absolutely not expected from someone of that level! The atmosphere in the evening isn’t...
