I would have been happy if there were negative rating option on google. I strongly suggest not to visit this place if you want to save your reputation. The staff will make you feel so disgusting that you can't even imagine.

So I had been to the yhk old town branch, ordered for 1/2 kg of chocolate mousse since it was my moms bday and we are a family of 5 and the quantity is more than enough. After paying the bill I requested the cashier for 4 extra plates. He refused first saying its only for pieces. Ammas pastry in yelahanka serves the better cakes than the other ammas as the cakes are baked fresh and tastes good. Its worth all the money. We get all the bakery items from cakes to snacks like puffs, samosas and burgers. This place is just like any other chain of ammas but I feel the taste is bettrr here. The black forest and the choco chills are my favorite. I also want to tell that they have the candles and knives for the birthday cakes which are provided. Extremely Poor Hygiene – Disappointing Experience

Visited the store recently and was appalled by the lack of basic hygiene standards. I found a strand of hair inside the cake I purchased — absolutely unacceptable. To make things worse, the staff handling cakes and buns were doing so without wearing gloves. This isn’t just unprofessional, it’s a serious health concern.

If this is the condition in front of customers, one can only imagine the hygiene situation inside the kitchen where the food is prepared. It raises serious questions about cleanliness, food safety, and staff training.
