Food: The soft drinks are good (Oreo milkshake was worth it, although Strawberry ms. was hurried given the crowd and wasn't good) but the food was just fine (veg was nice, but my friends who tried non veg were unhappy). Space: Quite below the demand, more than that, the management can be WAY better by giving the table as it gets empty for the next order (first come first serve basis), rather than asking the customers to wait looking for a table making it awkward not only for those in search for one but also a lot for those already in the table having their food. Delivery: Given the busy hours (I visited on a Sunday evening), it gets more annoying to wait for ~15 mins. for a soft drink and 30 mins. for anything else. Atmosphere: The ambience is good. But the music is just bass, one can't hear or enjoy the music. Parking space is kinda difficult, but it's the least of the other problems. The idea of table no. is a mixed one. The idea seems good, but the waiters have to search all the way to find the table no., at the same time ignore what other customers ask for, ex.: a tissue or something else, which has to be requested repeatedly like we did to 3 of them) . Although it's understandable that they are offering foods at good prices, the food could have been better by charging a bit more. Moreover, the way they manage the crowd can easily be avoided by what I explained in point 1 rather than their staff having to ask those on the table if they're done and inform one among those standing to take that table next (which for those waiting is very confusing if that person had arrived first or whatsoever).

Just to put it out, as it gets crowded... It also means the food has been made in a hurry resulting in not up to the point. The same happened with my Strawberry milkshake where the Icecream was 70% solid. On the other note, the veg. options are comparatively less.

Verdict: A fine place with fine food and ambience, but poor customer service and...

Olive Street Food Cafe offers a delightful dining experience with its extensive and diverse menu. Located in the bustling BTM 2nd Stage, this cafe is a great spot for a casual meal or a quick snack.

Ambiance: The cafe boasts a cozy and inviting atmosphere with comfortable seating arrangements, making it a perfect place for both small gatherings and solo visits. The decor is simple yet charming, creating a relaxed environment ideal for unwinding after a busy day.

Menu: The menu is impressive, featuring a variety of North Indian, Italian, and fast food options. During our visit, we tried the steak burger, sandwiches, and rolls. Also, kit kat shake and lime Juice. The burger and rolls were particularly good, with juicy fillings and well-balanced flavors. However, the sandwich was a bit disappointing and didn't quite meet our expectations.

Food Quality: The food quality was generally high, especially the burger and rolls, which were fresh and flavorful. The portion sizes were generous, ensuring good value for money. The sandwich, however, could use some improvement in terms of taste and freshness.

Service: The service was prompt and courteous. The staff were attentive and ensured that our needs were met without being intrusive. Despite the busy hours, the service remained efficient and friendly, enhancing our overall dining experience.

Value for Money: One of the standout features of Olive Street Food Cafe is its affordability. The cost is very reasonable compared to other cafes in Bangalore, making it a pocket-friendly option. Despite the lower prices, the quality of the food (except for the sandwich) and the service were...

Olive Street Food Cafe in BTM Layout has been my go-to spot for a quick and delicious bite, especially for their budget friendly sandwiches, shakes, juices, and now, their fried rice bowls. Located in a prime area, the biggest challenge here is parking; it's very limited, and there's no space for four-wheelers, which can be a real hassle. The ambience, while not spectacular, is good and well-maintained, definitely giving the place a pleasant vibe. Service is generally quick for sandwiches, parottas, and juices, but be prepared for a bit of a wait if you're ordering shakes or rice bowls. Tables are quite limited, especially during peak hours (6 PM to 8:30 PM). You might find yourself waiting 15-20 minutes for a table, and sometimes, people will be standing right by your side, waiting for you to finish, which can feel a little uncomfortable. However, the food more than makes up for these minor inconveniences. It's consistently delicious and well-made. While many rave about their parottas, my personal favorites are the chicken Madras sandwich and their fresh juices. The burgers are decent, but I wouldn't call them a must-try. I highly recommend trying their newly added rice bowls, particularly the Eggs-plosive Rice Bowl – it's fantastic! The service and hygiene are consistently up to standard. Just a heads-up: they don't serve fries here. Overall, despite the parking and seating challenges, Olive Street Food Cafe is a highly recommended spot for fast, tasty food in BTM.
