Brahmins' Thatte Idli — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Took parcel of these items today. Vada, Kesari baath, khaara baath, ghee masala dosa. Taste, quantity and quality of items was Good. Prices are reasonable.

There was huge rush of customers..today being Saturday.

My humble suggestion to the owner to improve service quality.

1)Kindly put in a partition dividing self service and parcel service in the sitting area 2)Provide different color shirts to staff to identify them as cooks, Self service staff, parcel counter staff, cleaning staff.

The service staff must try to take maximum orders from their own respective counter. Few exceptions are ok.

This helps to maintain balance and streamline of service for self service and parcel service and reduce rush in wrong counters. This will reduce stress on staff also.

I witnessed many customers including delivery agents waiting at parcel counter while staff at self service counter were taking parcel orders from parcel customers. This creates impatience and anger issues among customers. You have put boards but our people will not follow. Those who follow end up waiting for more time.

Dear Owner, Today I had experienced little arrogant behaviour of your cashier which I want to bring to your attention. When I asked for poori sagu instead of politely saying it is not available he chose to say a bit arrogant tone on non availability. Please ask him to be polite to customers n try to include poori too in your menu. Your parcel charges are quite exorbitant n comes almost 50 to 60% cost of the item itself. You need to understand when ordering parcel we don’t use your expensive place to eat plus we are avoiding your serving services n usage of utensils. Well, let me be honest here, it's not my first Brahmins thatte idli outlet I have been. It's my 6th place of all places I have been and comparing to all its my honest review. The place is pretty good. They tried to maintain the ambience but could have been more good or given more importance for tat as well as secondary. Coming to the food as alwys in all outlets u can see soft idli here they have added few more items in the menu such as dosa I really love it it ws what I wantd on my plate. It's good but comparatively it's kinda pricey aftr seeing in all the outlets. It's not bad to be there nd to have good food just few thngs that they need to give importance apart from tat it's good at the end of the all u need is a good place and good...
