Panchami Garden strikes a nice balance between affordability and satisfying food quality, especially for South Indian fare. Located in BTM Stage-1 (near the Airtel office) with another branch on Bannerghatta Road, it draws a steady crowd for breakfast and casual meals.
The menu is wide: dosas (especially masala dosa & benne dosa), idli-vada combos, sambar, rasam, chutneys etc., alongside some North Indian/Chinese options. The food is generally tasty, fresh, and true to what one expects of a good veg South Indian place.
In terms of price, it delivers decent value. For two people, you’re looking at roughly ₹300 in BTM branch. The Yelahanka / Kattigenahalli branch is a bit more expensive (~₹400 for two) but still reasonable.
Service & ambiance are hit-and-miss. The place is casual with some seating options (including AC halls in some branches), but during peak hours it’s crowded and staff can be overworked. Some reviews mention issues like slow service, occasional lapses in cleanliness or food accompaniments.
Overall, Panchami Garden is great for casual, vegetarian dining where you want good South Indian food without breaking the bank—especially for breakfast or a relaxed lunch. If you’re particular about service quality or very quiet ambience, you might find some branches less impressive...

Read moreDisappointing Experience - Decline in Quality and Service
I have been a regular customer of Panchami Garden for the past few months, but sadly, my recent experiences have been nothing short of disappointing. The quality of food, which was once commendable, has taken a drastic downturn. The dishes are often either bland or excessively oily, lacking the flavor and freshness I used to enjoy.
What’s even more frustrating is the service. The staff has become increasingly arrogant and dismissive, with a noticeable decline in their professionalism. Orders are frequently mixed up, and some items are even missing entirely. When you bring it to their attention, instead of an apology, you’re met with indifference or even rudeness.
I’m truly saddened to see what was once a great place deteriorate so rapidly. Unless there’s a significant improvement, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Panchami Garden needs to seriously reconsider its approach if it wants to retain...
