I ordered 2 Pizzas on Domino's mobile app. The pizza was not delivered even after 40 mins. I called up customer care asking for status of delivery and the agent informed me that the restaurant was not answering any calls. I tried to reach out to restaurant myself and the restaurant was not answering. After my repeated attempts the call was answered and to add onto my frustration I was told my mobile was not reachable due to which pizza was not delivered. I being responsible called up the customer care in advance to ensure the pizza was delivered on time. After an argument I asked the restaurant to cancel my order since it was almost an hour and the pizza wouldn’t taste good. The store manager was very rude and ignorant and informed me to go ahead and claim for a refund from the customer care. I called up support teams which informed the restaurant to initiate a refund and I was promised it would be refunded within 7 days. I was ok with it but the restaurant calls me up again saying they would refund 300 rupees and also deliver freshly made pizza instead of the old one. I said ok and asked the restaurant to deliver it. The restaurant delivered me burnt and dry pizza which were prepared probably more than an hour ago. I am really sad with the overall experience and would like to bring this to everyone's notice about the rude and irresponsible behaviour of staff at Domino's, Hesaraghatta Road, Bangalore restaurant. Read moreDuring our visit to Domino's Pizza Dasarahalli (Hessarghatta) branch at yesterday (11-Aug-2025) 09:57 PM we have faced an issue with reluctant staff members at this branch. That the biller/server forced us to take parcel as stated the store will close now, whereas timings displayed 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM. However we agreed to take the pizza parcel, but he has charged double for toppings & carry bag without our consent. He didn't even provide the tax invoice until we demanded and enquired about the additional charges mentioned in Re-Printed tax invoice. Then they started playing some drama to hide the relevant person and other gentleman came to deal with us and made his tricks, but during comparison with online booking on company app, that has been understood that they may be misusing resources from store by overcharging to clients. They are not registering customer mobile number and not taking order confirmation while placing the order. He even started treating other customers to pay cash only and not accepting digital payments at the time we were leaving the store with unsatisfactory service's from this branch.
Recommendation to place order through genuine Domino's app or visit other branches.

The operator was struggling to make the billing machine work. The place was filthy. Many tables had half eaten food and tissue papers lying all over the place. The billing person told me that there was no one to clean and he had to leave the billing counter to clean the tables with a dry tissue which actually did not do any cleaning. Not sure why he had to do it. There was other staff standing idle in the kitchen. Worst is yet to come.
