Worst outlet ever. Last time I ordered some pizzas for my friends from here thro’ the Zomato app along with a farmhouse pizza for 2 friends who were vegetarian. The pizza had paneer in it when they specifically chose farmhouse because it won’t have paneer on it (as per the description). My friends didn’t want paneer so they ended up removing them by hand to have the pizza. But I had made a complaint that they sent the wrong pizza along with a photo of it. Zomato gave me a coupon worth the entire pizza as a compensation for Dominos’ mistake.

The next time I made a Dominos order via Zomato, Dominos rejected it. Tried again, same thing happened. Tried calling the branch but their number was not reachable. Eventually gave up and made the same order without using the coupon—it got accepted and got delivered. Clearly they have an issue with accountability. When they screw up, they do not make amends to fix it. Now even the Zomato voucher has expired so they got away with screwing their customer. It’s a disgusting way to cheat customers. One of the worst services I've ever came across in my lifetime. We ordered pizzas through swiggy (paid through card) and got placed in this branch. We said them to transfer it to the nearest branch to our place. Fraser town dominoes branch said they'll do that. After waiting for 30 min, we called them up, they didn't pick the call. We called them again, they didn't pick up. We nearly called them for nearly 10 times, there were no response. We then called up the branch near to our place, they said that they didn't receive any order. Swiggy showed that the order was already delivered. Is this the way you treat your customers?
