Horrendous Experience - Appalling Service and Zero Accountability

I am utterly disgusted with the abysmal service and customer care provided by Dominions. Ordering pizza from this establishment has been a nightmare that I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. I caution anyone considering dining or ordering from here to steer clear.

Recently, we placed an order for seven pizzas, hoping to enjoy a delightful meal with our guests. However, to our dismay, the pizzas were not only undercooked but completely raw. This was an unacceptable display of incompetence on the part of Dominions' kitchen staff, and it ruined our entire evening.

Naturally, we promptly raised a complaint to address this grievous error. The shop manager, in an attempt to rectify the situation, assured us that they would resend the same quantity of pizzas. We were advised that we could order them on any given day. However, when we reached out after two to three days to place the order, we were met with outright denial.

Dominions had the audacity to backtrack on their promise, suggesting that they would only send us a single pizza if we were to place a completely new order. This response reeks of deceit and is a blatant attempt to swindle customers who have already suffered due to their incompetence.

The level of unprofessionalism displayed by Dominions is absolutely unacceptable. Not only did they fail to deliver a basic level of quality in their food, but their subsequent handling of our complaint has been nothing short of disgraceful. It is clear that this establishment lacks integrity, empathy, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.

I implore anyone reading this review to reconsider patronizing Dominions. There are countless other establishments that take pride in their service, prioritize customer care, and uphold the standards expected from a reputable business. Save yourself the disappointment, frustration, and potential health risks by steering clear of this establishment.

In conclusion, Dominions' deplorable service quality and complete disregard for customer concerns have left me deeply disappointed. I sincerely hope that they take immediate action to rectify these issues and prevent others from enduring such a harrowing experience...

I had ordered 2 regular cheese burst pizzas, 2 stuffed garlic breads, and a garlic bread from Swiggy. But what I received was extremely disappointing. The pizzas had barely any toppings, and the base was dry—definitely not what you’d expect from a cheese burst. The stuffed garlic bread had only 3 jalapeños inside, with barely any stuffing.

This was supposed to be my little treat after a long day. But when I opened the boxes, I was shocked—no cheese at all in the cheese burst pizzas! I immediately showed everything to the staff and asked them to check my order. They admitted it was their mistake. Apparently, since it was a Swiggy takeaway order, they didn’t give it much attention.

While I was waiting for the replacement, I noticed the pizzas being served to dine-in customers—they were loaded with toppings, cheese-filled, and looked fresh and puffy.

The dine-in quality is good , but my takeaway experience via Swiggy was poor and careless. Such negligence, especially after paying more for take away for cheese burst, is unacceptable. Will I order again , no I don’t think so may be will order from places where they don’t discriminate among take away and dine...

0 stars, if giving 0 was an option. Pathetic service for a brand like Domino's. I ordered 2 small pizza's from Zomato and never received it after patiently waiting for approx 1 and half hours. There is no proper way to contact the store either, because their phone numbers don't work. I somehow got hold of the store manager/ employee, by calling the phone number of the domino's delivery guy mentioned in the tracking link that domino's sent. And the manager says they expected only 180 orders and instead received and accepted more than 300 orders! No sane person would take on orders more than their capacity. But they have the brilliant management here to do that. Never ordering from here again. Also this shows how Domino's likes to operate their stores...
