I ordered a 5 fiesta chicken pizza. The chicken was alott bad and very sour. At 1st I tried complaining from the app about this order but they told me the customer care will call after 24 hrs. I tried eating the pizza somehow as it was expensive and the app didn't try providing a solution instantly. After eating 2 pieces I was not able to eat the other 2 at all and tried calling the store for a replacement. They informed me they will give the replacement. And they gave me a new one which had the same old stale chicken taste. This makes me feel they added a lot of salt and lemon so it doesn't feel it's spoilt. I've eaten the same chicken pizza in other dominoes stores and it was good. So I ordered it here. The pizza costed me 401 rs and it's just a waste of money. I would rate it negative it there was a chance. The customer serice from the app approaches you very late. Never order 5 chicken fiesta from this store. Just the veg pizzas...

The staff are not responsible for their job.. customer only responsible for what he Oder he only need to track his order staff only there for simply take the money of the customer.. my oder is ready and no one responsible for my order...my hot pizza become cool..and I ask my status of my oder then i came to know that my order already prepared and they forgot to call my oder number.. if many orders are there if they forgot I will agree but there is only two customer are there I think for them to much hectic work to handle the two customer order .. today i realised that I need track my oder min to min with your staff my order is ready or not that is only the resuluction for this problem... Thank you for everything... Small Small start-up pizza center are giving great services.. we came here for quality of pizza but don't irritate the customer with this kind...

Pathetic experience, online as well as offline I ordered lunch for my family specially kids after ordering had to call them several times this guys keep on saying we will dispatch in 5 min this communication continued multiple times & the pizza was delivered after 3&half hr after the order, the center is within 1km from my house

Since they were delayed the paid me back the amount on my app wallet which I had to redeem, while redeeming that to I got the similar experience

Even after this experience since my kids like their pizza I thought it's better to visit the center & have the pizza there so when I ordered after 1 hr my name was called so after visiting the counter learned that they have prepared partial order & for remaining order me & my family had to wait for additional half hour
