Absolute worst experience.
Ordered couple of pizzas. Once it was billed, i requested them to change to crust to cheese burst which they disagreed saying it cannot be done. Now when it came to the bill payment, I was paying through gpay. The cashier gave me the QR code on the card machine and while I was going to pay, she started clarifying doubts regarding the addition of cheese burst crust. Which infact did not do any good as they finally refused (again) to add the crust.
By this time the transaction on the card machine had timed out. Despite that she asked me the continue with the payment. The money got debited from my bank and the transaction was successful. However since the transaction timed out in their machine, they asked me to pay again assuring that there will be a refund.
This happened yesterday and there is no refund till this hour. I was pretty sure that the refund wouldn't happen because the transaction was successful. I'll have to deal with this now.
Now, talking about quality. The double cheese margerita pizza was just pathetic. So bland and hardly any cheese!
The quality has just deteriorated so much over the course of time.
Finally - Cleanliness. None of the tables were cleaned after customers left!
Absolute carelessness from the cashier. Zero Customer satisfaction mindset from the store manager.
Brand name is just being taken advantage of.

At the store now. The waiting time for refund now has changed from 24hrs to 8 working days all of a sudden. This shows how well the store manager knows things.

This was hands down the worst experience I've ever had at dominos outlet. I ordered the cheese burst pizza, expecting a delicious, cheesy treat. However, what I received was deeply disappointing.
The "cheese" used in the burst filling wasn't cheese at all. It was some kind of strange cheese sauce that had the consistency and look of mayonnaise. The taste was incredibly unpleasant and nothing like real cheese – it was just plain bad.
The whole experience left a terrible taste in my mouth, quite literally. After getting home, I felt genuinely unwell and nauseous, almost to the point of vomiting. This was a direct result of eating that pizza.
Based on this dreadful experience, particularly the appalling quality of the cheese burst pizza and the subsequent sickness, I cannot recommend this place and certainly won't...
