Located in the vibrant heart of Kodigehalli road where tradition meets innovation. PANEER TIKKA Cubes of paneer tikka, onion and bell peppers well marinated with spices and yogurt with perfection with amazing taste, could have been softer. Perhaps this was made on a stove-top ? Served with cilantro mint chutney, spinach slices, onion slices and lemon wedges. ALOO GOBI WITH YELLOW DAL & RICE Dry vegetables caramelized and delicious. Perfect accompaniment to rice with a wetter and smoky traditional dal. ALOO GOBI WITH PJULKAS This was served with vegetables in a gravy paste super scrumptious. RAJMA RICE WITH SALAD Tiny portion of this comfort food with a great combination of carbs and protein. Served with onion slices and cucumber. ALOO PYAJ PARATHA Made dhaba style, yummy, served with butter on top. Served with curd with chat masala topping. There are many hardships, with zero atmosphere, lack of parking, space constraint, dust and noise from the street, but the cook seems talented, and service levels are top notch and food arrival time instant. I would like to share an incredible level of hospitality, customer service shown by none other than the Owner of Pinds of Punjab, Mr. Rohit himself. I would surely be short of words for showing such humility towards customers.

I had ordered a few items from Zomato and due to a human error, i missed out on one of the items which was a tea ordered at around 10.30PM. As always, Zomato was horrible, hopeless, pathetic with their service or providing a refund, and i was furious about it. I next called Pinds of Punjab, and started fuming about the order. Mr.Rohit received thr call, pacified and first asked as to what the issue was. When i told him about the missing order, he said " Sir, human error hoga, aap tension mat lo, hum vo deliver karvadengey aapko, bas location bhejo". This took me by surprise and i asked are you sure, you will get it delivered. He said yes.

To my surprise, Mr. Rohit himself came and delivered the order at around 12.30 in the night. This was a gesture for which i had no words and felt really good about their service.

I had a very disappointing experience with this Pinds of Punjab restaurant. We ordered paneer vegetables, and they handed over the food immediately. However, when we reached home and checked, the dish was extremely cold and tasted like it had been prepared many hours earlier, possibly even belonging to someone else’s parcel.

When we called to request an exchange, they refused and asked us to come back, which was not possible as it was late and we had kids at home. After repeated requests, they reluctantly said we could come another day and take something of the same amount.

The next day when we went back for a refund or replacement, the staff were extremely rude and completely denied any support. Unfortunately, after eating the stale food the previous night, our kids ended up with stomach upset.

This entire experience was unacceptable — poor food quality, unhygienic handling, no responsibility for mistakes, and very rude customer service. I strongly advise others to be cautious before...
