Went here as this place opened up in our neighborhood. Right on the main road so easily accessible. Enough parking area inside..the huts are limited in number but nicely done. Ambience was good. But we were thoroughly disappointed by the food. The paneer they used in the starter looked and tasted dubious. Although it was very very soft, the taste was off.. so we asked the waiter what paneer do they use.. he said milky mist.. it definitely wasn't milky mist. I hope they don't use duplicate paneer. Honey chilli alfaham was ok. Fish pakoda was horrible, extremely oily and batter was just cornflour, chilli powder and colour. It seemed they fried the pakoda in low heated oil. The worst thing we ordered was kerala parrotta - it came dipped in oil, almost deep fried. When asked the waiter...he said thats how they make the parrotta. We promptly left the parrotta uneaten. Garlic chicken was flavourless with uncooked chicken peices. Noodles were also below average. We were thoroughly disappointed with the food here. Their menu is extensive with lots of dishes but none that stands. The prices are on the lower side but that cannot justify the lack of quality and taste of food. Its a new place and i hope the owner takes note of the food quality and makes changes. #1 get rid of the cook/s #2 Train the waiters #3 Start eating at your...

But I visited the new Eden Hut at Thanisandra location just opened newly, had to face great disappointment, ambience location is good no doubt good but the hospitality after booking had to wait for 40 minutes first thing and rhe staff directly says no Hut but to take restaurant even if this was booked why.! We started eating the journey of eden hut sitting and eating in the hit this is disgusting.
Secondly, this is something very disappointing that the quantity of items is not standardized but very very less and like chilly chicken semi gravy only had 5 to 6 tiny pieces, similarly the quantity of gravy mughlai, ghee rice is not the standard we also reported why so less quantity but they gave a damn because people are queued to eat this.
A serious heads up as a customer past 20+ years of Eden Huts the new location everything was disappointing from start to end we ruined our sunday on this. I am totally disappointed both on hospitality to quality and quantity of food. If management is not bothered than sorry not again to your restaurant we end our journey to...
