I ordered Veg Manchurian fried rice bowl for a vegetarian person and found bits if chicken in it. My vegetarian friend just lost his appetite to eat as soon as he realized this is non veg. This is outrageous and pathetic. Zomato support just closed the chat saying drop a review. They're the middle man, I didn't even interact with this Fresh Menu restaurant to order food. And they just don't care. How can you be so irresponsible to mix veg and non veg @FreshMenu?!

I was really surprised to see the negative reviews and 1-star ratings for this place. I came across this restaurant or cloud kitchen while searching through Swiggy for something different. I used to order rice bowls from The Bowl Company a while back, that's when this caught my eye: rice bowls at 129 pre-tax. Visually, it was appealing, so I ordered a Chicken Maryland rice bowl. I received the order and tried it. Let me say this: I was absolutely mind-blown; it was fantastic. From that day onwards, this is the only place I consider for my lunch options if I am too busy with my work or lazy to cook. I have ordered multiple items on several occasions, and they have never let me down. There was one time when it felt odd and flavorless, but once I gave feedback, it was back to the old ways. This place almost always delivers wrong order.

Ordered their chicken ghee roast roll once (tasted amazing! Credits where due) along with a bowl. All good here. Ordered another bowl with truffle chocolate cake - got some oats cake instead. Complaint to Zomato and got the money back for the cake. Thought 2nd time was a mistake, ordered again a bowl and fries - never got the fries. complaint to zomato, they didn't revert. Ordered from Swiggy just the bowl - got lesser quantity of the items. Ordered a bowl and a sub from them - got only the bowl and a burget instead of sub, which again had only the sauces and lattuce.

Pathetic service and creditiability is always lacking, even with the platforms like...
